1. Left two piles of junk that were not picked up as agreed
2. Asked for full payment when project isn't fully completed
3. Changed location of outlet without checking with me first and now the new electrical outlet is so close to ground level where it is not easy for my equipment to be plugged in
4. I have never seen a contractor so rude and argued with customer all the time, especially when he has no grounds for his statements
5. Put lots of garbage in my recycle bin
6. Put rocks and concretes to my actual garbage bin
7. He does not care about adhere to city's garbage/recycle bin rules and told me that he does the same with other customers and has never had issues.
8. Asked for almost half of the payment when work is not half done, called me in the evening rushing me to wire him payments

I needed help repairing my MasterSpa as one of the pumps was not working. I called Masterspa and they recommended TRCS Pro Services. I called and Thomas was able to set up time to inspect our spa the next day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and made a repair plan with me. As a new pump was needed, Thomas took care of ordering the parts and is coming back to replace it. My experience with Thomas and Trcs Pro Services was excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, attentive, and detail oriented. Very grateful. I give my highest recommendation!

Our AC had been out for quite some time at one of our offices without any resolution. This matter became especially urgent during the heat wave (got up to 90 degrees inside resulting in us having to close our business for a day). Thomas was extremely professional, efficient, and communicated both the issue and what he was going to do to fix it very well. Some of the issue dealt with surrounding office space and technical matters I was unfamiliar with, but he explained each step of the process thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was determined to get this issue fixed so we could resume business comfortably, and we were incredibly grateful for his hard work and dedication to this matter. We will absolutely be calling him again for future needs and greatly appreciated his work!
