I had a new smart thermostat that I wasn't quite smart enough to install. I found TRC through Sensi website and could not be happier. They fit me in very quickly, showed up on time and worked wonders. It was $80 for the install which is fair since I didn't have to risk messing something up. They were great with communication and quickly answered texts leading up to my appointment. Yuriy was very respectful of my home (wearing booties and introducing himself to my dog) and was very helpful with all of the questions I threw at him. He took a look at my system and advised me in regard to care of my unit until I can get them to replace it. We even talked dogs for a bit. Highly recommend and excited to work with them again to keep my house at just the right temp. Thank you for all that you do!

I never said anything about reusing a dyer circuit for a water heater, as the main breaker panel was on the outside wall and required only a very short line to a disconnect to be wired.

We were very pleased with the service. Chris came, assessed our unit and provided pros/cons for staying with our gas heating and electric AC vs switching to electric cooling/heat pump. We went with the heat pumps, new ducting and the SMUD rebates. The crew (Richard, Matt & Jamil) were great. They were punctual, considerate, friendly, cleaned at the end of each day and answered our questions. They reconfigured our ducting and the air flow is so much better. The process took 5 days. We highly recommend this company and their services.

I Ana have recently had a bad situation with my new air conditioner, after 4 hours it stopped working. Came at a bad time too During Hurricane Hilary and it was a Saturday it was a mess. I was a lot worried about the Company. Ok so we were miserable for a few days, but finally the calvary came and leading the charge was the president of the Company Tomer. He apologized and got up there with his crew and did not leave until it was done. He gave his word that if anything ever went wrong with his product he would stand by it and I believe him. AC stopped working on 100+ day, called in the afternoon and
TRC team came a few hours later to troubleshoot. Some wires at the disconnect box had become loose, Chris tightened and AC was back running.

I would recommend their pricing, install and service after install.

TRC is an incredibly reliable, responsive and professional company. I have an old AC unit and every time I need tune ups or repairs they are timely and effective. This weekend in 100+ degree weather the motor on my unit broke. They called back immediately, came out same-day, bought the broken part and had us back up and running in less than a day. I can't say enough about the value and customer service.

Had another license verified HVAC pro come in yesterday to inspect our furnace (had stellar Yelp reviews) due to concerns of a possible carbon monoxide leak. They arrived an hour late and went up to the attic, then the owner proceeded to tell me there were cracks in the heat exchanger and would be approx $3500 to replace the part (if its still even available). He recommended replacing the entire furnace and a/c unit for $12k-15k. Also did a carbon monoxide test with his tester and stated it was reading 2 parts per million (which he did not show me on his device). I decided to get a second opinion with TRC. They went up, took video of the heat expander and it showed zero rust or cracks, not to mention 2 parts per million is not considered hazardous at all. I appreciate their integrity and quick service. Had them tune up the furnace while here and now have peace of mind. Thanks, Todd and team. Will definitely be calling them when the furnace actually does need to be repaired or replaced on this house or my other rental home.
