Awful service. Called for an estimate for basic job. After days of no estimate, called every single day for two weeks continuously. They kept saying can't get hold of the owner. And then eventually having the receptionist relay messages, and avoiding call altogether. Shockingly poor service and as unprofessional as it gets. Recommend Razorback Electric instead.

Traylor Electric was recommended by friends and I must say, I am glad I chose to use Traylor. The office staff were very pleasurable to deal with and courteous.

Tim and his employees were so nice to work with. They arrived when they were scheduled to. They were very experienced and knowledgeable. All of the employees were hard workers and worked well together.

What I like the most was how they explained what needed to be done in easy terms to understand. They explained that at one point they had to make a hole in my wall to drop an electrical line from the attic. They then repaired the hole they had to make. They cleaned up any mess they had to make. I would definitely recommend Traylor Electric were any job, big or small. Great company.
