I paid him $500 to install a retractable patio cover which I already had. He dropped off a guy who spoke no English who worked for three hours putting the cover up. The installation was poor. It took Travis 2 months to drop off a different guy who was going to mount this super heavy beam on a piece of wood that was incapable of supporting that much weight. Travis shows up, says it will cost more money to install it properly. I told him that I already paid him $500, which is what he quoted me. He made a bunch of excuses as to why it was going to cost more money. He said, and I quote, ""the way the first guy did it probably would have been ok."" Probably!? I was so frustrated with his lack of professionalism and his refusal to guarantee his work. I told him that I was done dealing with him and he left. I paid $500 and have nothing to show for it. I wouldn't trust Travis to take out my trash.

What impressed me with Travis was his attention to detail. Had a small flooring job and it went really well. Truly reliable and friendly. 5 for sure. I can easily recommend him.

We use Travis for all our home and rentals repairs. We first found him because he was the only one who would come out and remove a built in refrigerator. Since then he's done roofing, drywall, electrical, installed faucets and a garbage disposal, demolished an old tile floor and installed a new tile floor. Al his work is perfect and quick.
