Trapp's Construction responded to my inquiry quickly and our communications were excellent. He text me when he was on his way even though he was on time, maybe a couple of minutes early.

He completed the work, cleaned up everything, and asked me to check the work done. Matt did a great job and the price was very fair.

I will keep Matt and Trapp's Construction in mind for future projects I don't wish to undertake myself.

Matthew Trapp is the person you need for any household needs. He is reliable, reasonable, and professional. Last year Matt installed 2 wifi thermostats for us. Lately our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Who wants to take a morning cold shower in the winter? Definitely NOT ME! Matt came out and installed a new water heater in no time! I really appreciate that he does his best to assist you. Most of all, I really appreciate that he always answers his phone and I can speak to him directly whenever I have any household issues. I highly recommend his service!

Last week I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 8am. On the day of the appointment, 8:30 rolled around and no show. I sent the owner a text. His reply ""oh sorry, I'm out of town. The trip was extended due to weather. I don't have internet, so can't see the schedule."" Odd. I would have thought a professional business person would plan ahead. If your cell phone works for texting, I'm sure you have some sort of internet on your phone... All be it slow. Just say you forgot. Honestly would have helped me consider rescheduling. Disappointing because he came recommended by our plumber. I used 2 hours of my PTO for the missed appointment. Really frustrating. I'm sure he does great work, I can't in good conscience use someone who is so dismissive of the time of others.

We have used Matt for two homes now. He's responsive, dependable and caring. His prices are very reasonable and provides 5-star service. He is very patient and loyal to his customers and can solve any issue that may arise. From our Master bath remodel to a 'his' and 'her's' master walk-in closet addition and everything in between, he can do it! Matt will not disappoint and we will continue to use him for all our crazy remodel ideas! :-)

Mathew trap is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what's going on and didn't waste a second from get go. He was right on spot and fixed the issue on time. On top he was very friendly and reasonable.
