A number of months ago I had Transworld service my whole house generator. I specifically explained to them that they needed to bring a tall ladder. They did not, so they had to come back another day, which meant me taking another day off work. They changed the oil and put in a new battery. The generator started, but they said it needed a circuit board to set the timer, which they did not have. To make a long story short, I called another electrician. He went to the breaker switch and turned out it was only a blown fuse. Transworld wanted to order the circuit board and it would have cost me over 500 additional $s. I'm glad that I found someone that could diagnose it properly and honestly.

In almost every instance,being a residential customer has its drawbacks when you work with an organization that has a commercial division. In this case the entire team at Transworld Electric including upper management rallied together to fix a problem in my home that left me without power for days. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and their senior technician explained everything that had happened and why in great detail. Best of all they fixed the problem immediately as if I was a commercial customer. I would absolutley recommend their residential and commercial team to anyone and will.

New house, new problems! Luckily, Transworld was there to make the problem solving process a little easier.

I actually found Trasnworld through Yelp and requested a quote from them. They were quick to reach out via phone and schedule a site visit to give me a (free) estimate for the work.

Let me tell you, most home repair companies that I've dealt with in Charleston have been a bit of a disappointment. It's hard to get people to call you back, or get you information. Transworld was the opposite. They very quickly got a quote over to us and were very helpful and speedy when we wanted to make some changes to the original.

The guys came out and did the work last week, and we're super pleased with how everything came out. Transworld will be my go-to for any electric needs, and I will be sure to recommend them to all my buds!
