From my first call for a quote, to scheduling and into the actual job being done - perfection! I had 3 ceiling fans installed in my home today. Tom did an amazing job at explaining the process to me right down to walking me through figuring out what I wanted and even how to pick out the best fan for my home. Work was scheduled to start at 8am - Ben and Ceasar knocked on my door at 8am on the dot with smiles on their faces ready to work! They were very considerate of leaving my home as clean as when they arrived covering everything in plastic. They even took the boxes, trash and our old fans to the dumpster for us! Would use this company again in a heartbeat. Great job!

Had a wonderful experience using the Tradesman Electrician. I wanted sconces hardwired and mounted above my fireplace. I requested a quote and received a timely response with fair pricing. The office was very responsive when I called to set up the appointment and offered a very fast turn-around time. Ben and Cesar arrived and were extremely polite and professional. They made sure to keep me informed of what they were doing at each step of the project and ensured to clarify any questions they had and also clarified subtle details of the project before embarking on them to make sure I would be happy with the results. I would absolutely use them again and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

It truly saddens me to write this review.

I used this company to upgrade my electrical panel a couple of years ago. I mainly dealt with Tom, Sr., who was prompt, polite, and followed up and fulfilled everything he said he would. So when it was time to have a light fixture switched out in my two-story dining room, it was a no-brainer that I would used them again.

I contacted Tradesman on 2/26/19 to get a quote for the installation. Tom, Jr. left a voicemail saying he would need a photo of the job area, which I forwarded to him via text. He texted back that he needed a photo of the fixture to be installed, which I sent the next day, 2/27. On 2/28, having heard nothing from him, I sent a follow-up text to make sure he got the requested information. No response. On March 2, I sent ANOTHER text, saying that I was still waiting to hear back from him. Two days later, on March 4, he texted me apologizing for the delay and saying he would call me later that morning. It is now March 6, and still no contact from Tom.

Was my job too small? Is he too busy? I guess I'll never know, because I have hired someone else to do the job.

This is the only electrician you'll ever need! We were so impressed with Tom's passion for what he does and the job he did we didn't even get multiple bids for our re-model. His pricing was fair and transparent. He was so thorough and knowledgeable with what we needed all while being patient with our questions and when it came to delivering what he said we found him to be trustworthy too! Multiple years later, many many referrals, he still takes the time to personally return phone calls to help us with service maintenance issues that are usually solved in the spot! I commented to him today that he surrounds himself with happy people and he concurred, that's who he hires!!!
I highly recommend the tradesman for any of your electrical needs!

They were fantastic. Responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes, came the next day at 7:30am and installed a 240 volt EV chargepoint charger in four hours. Priced competitively, and it works, too! The other companies specific to EV charger installations never returned my phone calls, the guys who came were polite and friendly. Would use again in a heartbeat.
