So I've used their services once and almost for a 2nd. I'll explain.
Recently, I started helping out a friend look after a property. With that comes with helping with the maintenance. Well little things go awry all the time and on this particular problem it was just a faucet leaking. I called around and most places had a service charge, and then the cost of the repairs. I finally found Trademark and they had a $99 3 year membership fee where the initial service call is waived and you also, get 10% off of all repairs. It's a great service.
Leah, is my point of contact and she's always really insightful. I had a problem with my only property wanted to enlist in their services again. However, my situation was a bit more complicated. But instead of just taking my money, Leah, explained what would and would not be covered. This way I did not just waste my money. With honestly up front, it makes it so that you can trust their work more.

I recently purchased a home with a gas log fireplace. Before I fired it up for ""winter"", I wanted to have it checked out to make sure it was safe. A great deal was offered through Angie's List, and I decided to take them up on their offer, which turned out to be an excellent decision.
Our service tech, Jason, showed up right on time. He was very courteous and called with an estimated time of arrival well in advance.
Upon inspection, Jason pointed out a few issues that existed within my system, but he didn't stop there. He showed me what was wrong, explained why it was an issue, and gave me options to cure the existing issues.
End result- I couldn't be happier. After a brief consultation, Jason constructed a gas log system that is absolutely perfect for my application. With my first experience going this well, I look forward to several more in my future.

Called to get a quote from Tiffany on AC/ Heater service at my home. She didn't seem to know the rates and came back on the phone to tell me it would be $99 for each service. I asked her if I could use the $39 for $89 Yelp deal and she had to ask someone. I was told that I couldn't-it was only for repairs. It doesn't say anything about only being for repairs on the actual deal. It makes me nervous when a company's employees do not know the pricing of basic things and when they offer deals and then say you can't use them. I'll look elsewhere.

Today was the .... Fourth or fifth time we've had Trademark Home Services out to our home. I am happy to give them five stars and a positive recommendation.
Today the technician (licensed plumber, licenses electrician, certified (?) HVAC tech) ...we had an electrical outage which turned out to be simple. We did pay $249 for 90 min of troubleshooting which took about 20 minutes. But, I was given fair warning of the policy, and I'll consider myself lucky that it wasn't 10 hours and an additional $1000 to repair something.
We have a maintenance agreement with Trademark for our HVAC (and water heaters) and the same technician was able to perform our annual, fall furnace maintenance check during the same visit. All good- no suggestion we spend more money, which I didn't know actually happened. I thought it was standard to perform a ""check up"" visit for the purposes of getting us to pay for some repair or upgrade.
Also, during the same visit, he fixed a leak in our kitchen sink. He was quick and so far the fix is holding !!!
The only recommended service was a whole home surge protector, which we may/may not purchase. There was no pressure whatsoever.
In our many dealings we have one technician who originally came out to fix one water heater - we ended up replacing both. The same gentleman performed the installation, as well as the annual maintenance.
The technician we saw today has been out before, although neither of us could remember exactly what he'd worked on. Definitely a water main break - but other times as well. (No, this main break was not covered by the utility since it was inside the meter.)
But, it's very nice to see the same people working for a company. It speaks to the way Trademark treats their employees that we see the same people over a few years so far.
There are cheaper, and more expensive - but we will continue to use Trademark when we require one of the many services they require. And are likely to renew maintenance agreements when needed.

Excellent service in a timely manner. Alex helped us fix an issue on a rainy Saturday night and was very polite and professional. We will definitely use them in the future for our HVAC needs.

Quick and easy! They came on time and thoroughly checked my electrical issues. Will call on them again in the future.

I gave Erich my wife's ""honey-do"" list and she said he was awesome. We purchased 2 hrs for $89 from Angie's List. In 2 hours he re-attached siding on our house and base boards in our son's closet, fixed our refrigerator handle and installed blinds in our laundry room. I think he did even more, but I'd left for work and left my wife to give him whatever else she needed done.

Jason came out and checked my AC and found it to be in good running order. He also mentioned a few things that might reduce our AC bill by putting in installation in the attic but did not pressure us to do it with them...just a few tips.

During a thunderstorm last night, something must have surged through the garage. This morning we had no power in the outlets or lights, and no power in the lights of the attached laundry room. I checked the breaker and nothing had tripped, but I flipped them off and back on anyway. Nothing.
I called up THS and spoke to Amy, who suggested I check the GFCI outlets and the breaker box again. If something was even slightly tripped I may not have noticed and by flipping them again I could save money. Following her advice I went out the breaker again and checked, but again, nothing. Then I checked the outlets again and I found that the ceiling outlet that the garage door opener was plugged into was a GFCI outlet, and it had tripped!
Thanks to Amy I saved the cost of the service call and have working electricity. I appreciate the helpful insight!
