I normally won't do this but being treated this way consistently not just by one person in the company but everyone we have talked to is not right! Trademark Electric, Inc.
To start off we have a whole home generator through Generac because dad is on oxygen 24/7 and would die without it.... Well when Helene came through we lost power and our generator came on for a little over a day and then it quit working forcing us to pay to stay in a hotel for a couple nights until power was restored......
We called Trademark electric and they made it out the next day to look at the generator and said the rotor was bad, which is crazy because we have had this generator 3 maybe 4 years but it's technology. So they told us they ordered the part and they didn't know when it would be in......
Fast forward to the past 2 days and Trademark electric has been extremely rude, when dad asked what they were going to do because he has only used the generator twice and they told us ""at least you got to use it twice"" and ""sir I'm not going to tell you anything different this is not our responsibility""
Today Generac told us that the part should have been here yesterday or today so dad called Trademark again and once again Trademark electric has been extremely rude and said that Generac is lying and they just ordered the part this past Sunday and they have no clue when it will be in and they can't help us....... Even though we were told they were ordering the part the day they came out and checked on the generator 09/28
The fact that they have been so rude and so nonchalant and think it's a joke that our generator is not working is what upsets me the most aside from the fact that we spent a lot of our savings on hotels, all the food we lost, etc.

And now here we are with another hurricane and no generator if we lose power

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRADEMARK ELECTRIC TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Eddie came out to fix our generator. It was less than a year old and Trademark had contacted us to let us know there was a problem. Eddie did a great job and fixed it. Just a loose wire. Thanks Eddie!

Trademark Electric and the entire team are excellent. I was in desperate situation on my disabled mother's property because her existing generator died. First the repair team to try to repair the old one was incredible. They tried to fix it by trying several different approaches. Then the entire team worked diligently to get me the quote is very timely manor, got the permit processed in 2 days (normally 4 weeks), and scheduled installation at their first opening. They coordinated closely with Fireplace Installers to get gas line reconnected. The installation team was precise and kept me informed on each step. I have used Trademark Electric for over 15 yrs. and everyone is so helpful, polite, knowledgeable and just the best they can be. Many thanks to a great team effort.

Friendly, committed and very reliable. I was in the middle of selling my house when my generator did not pass inspection. In order to close on time I had to have the generator running. I relayed this to the receptionist and she made sure she put me in touch with the decision maker and was able to get the part and have it replaced and in running condition before closing. Disaster avoided and I was able to close on time without any issues.

From start to finish it was a very satisfying experience to deal with Trademark Electric of Ocala. Ben, the sales associate was very professional
and not at all pushy. Jordan and Randy showed up on time and completed the installation in a period of about six hours. They were very courteous and
knowledgeable and left the site in excellent condition. The office staff was
always very helpful and very courteous. The install was made on Monday
April 3rd. We had a problem with some electronics. Within two days all major
problems were corrected. I cannot give enough praise for the effort put
forth by Matt in getting all of the problems taken care of quickly. I have never
seen any company that is so dedicated to making sure the customer is
properly taken care of and is completely satisfied, and they did it in a very
short period of time without a lot of bickering. The owner should be
extremely proud of his company and his employees!
I definitely recommend Trademark Electric of Ocala. Five stars!

On Aug 2nd 2017, Trademark installed my ""22kW Air-Cooled Generator"" who did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!! Matt and his Associate were Friendly and Efficient in 'Dotting their i's and crossing their T's Meticulously!!!!!!!!
