We were experiencing electricity to only half of our home. After calling swepco to find out it wasn't their problem, my mother in law highly recommended Town & Country as they had used them for years. They came out that afternoon to find the problem was our main breaker had burned through our bus bar and we needed to replace the entire box. They returned the very next morning prompt and on time and fixed the problem. They were so professional and polite, they will now forever have my business !

I was very disappointed in Town and Country. The electricians they sent out to do the job were unprofessional and knew very little about their profession. They sent three guys out to do a simple job at our home and one guy admitted he had no idea what he was doing and the other two guys stood around for ten hours joking about how they stayed out too late partying the night before and were hung over. They also cut my gas line to the house because they didn't check to see where the gas line ran before they dug in our yard. To make it worse, I was way over charged and had to pay for all this laziness and the mistake of cutting my gas line and the time they spent trying to get it fixed. I would not recommend using this company unless you like mediocre work and like being way over charged for the mediocre work.
