Alex and his team did a great job bringing my 1928 era house up to code. They removed all the old knob and tube wiring, replaced with modern wiring and installed new outlets, light switches, and light fixtures throughout the house.

They were always on time, excellent to communicate with, and took great care to cover flooring and counters to prevent damage and always cleaned up at the end of every day.

I would hire them again with no hesitation and recommend working with them to anyone looking for having professional, high quality electrical work done.

Over the past 6 months since moving into my house, I've had many contractors perform sub-par work or drop the ball and leave me hanging. Alex and his team have been a breath of fresh air - always communicative, responsive, and deliver on time, on budget, and per the contract. In particular I appreciate the last-minute rush service when Alex' team would come by for consultations with other contractors during more complex projects, and for an expert opinion during a condo sale.

Victor of Towery Electric is a flexible, creative, careful electrician. He showed me how to wire a combination set of lights and fan into a tight space in a bathroom ceiling. Then he showed me how to wire an 18' string of low-voltage LEDs into a valence in a studio. He was clear about his methods and always operated safely and with good humor. A great experience.

As a real estate agent, I have worked with a number of electricians in Marin. Alex is straight forward and stays informed about the work. Very easy to work with and prompt in communication, which is very important to me. He sent two people to install a transfer switch for a generator. I called Towery Electric with a problem with the thermostat for the heater in my master bathroom. It has a bad sensor that is imbedded in the tile floor. To repair it I would have to have the tile floor removed and hope that the heating element under the tile does not get damaged. Alex gave me a call and over the phone suggested that I could change the thermostat from the sensor to ambient mode. Meaning the thermostat is now reading the air temperature and not the floor temp. It worked saving hundreds of dollars if not thousands. Thanks Alex for being so honest. I will certainly call you again. Towery Electric was not the first company I called but they were the first to make that suggestion. Thanks!
