Over the past 6 months since moving into my house, I've had many contractors perform sub-par work or drop the ball and leave me hanging. Alex and his team have been a breath of fresh air - always communicative, responsive, and deliver on time, on budget, and per the contract. In particular I appreciate the last-minute rush service when Alex' team would come by for consultations with other contractors during more complex projects, and for an expert opinion during a condo sale.

Alex isn't the cheapest game in town, and far from the most expensive - what you get is a fair value, expertise, and good communication. Well worth it and much appreciated.

Victor of Towery Electric is a flexible, creative, careful electrician. He showed me how to wire a combination set of lights and fan into a tight space in a bathroom ceiling. Then he showed me how to wire an 18' string of low-voltage LEDs into a valence in a studio. He was clear about his methods and always operated safely and with good humor. A great experience.

As a real estate agent, I have worked with a number of electricians in Marin. Alex is straight forward and stays informed about the work. Very easy to work with and prompt in communication, which is very important to me. He sent two people to install a transfer switch for a generator. I called Towery Electric with a problem with the thermostat for the heater in my master bathroom. It has a bad sensor that is imbedded in the tile floor. To repair it I would have to have the tile floor removed and hope that the heating element under the tile does not get damaged. Alex gave me a call and over the phone suggested that I could change the thermostat from the sensor to ambient mode. Meaning the thermostat is now reading the air temperature and not the floor temp. It worked saving hundreds of dollars if not thousands. Thanks Alex for being so honest. I will certainly call you again. Towery Electric was not the first company I called but they were the first to make that suggestion. Thanks!

Towery Electric is professional, courteous and reliable. I so appreciated how they showed up on time, and Victor asked enough questions to ensure he was doing just the work that needed to be done. I've had other electricians do work in my home, and it always seems I have drywall repair and painting to do when they're finished. Not the case when they installed three outlets for us. Recently I've had to replace a circuit breaker to meet the standards of the condominium complex board where I live.

My contractor hired Towery Electric when they built our deck in San Francisco. Alex came to our home and met with our contractor and me. He asked great questions about how we'd be using the space to determine the best locations for outlets, lights, and switches. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job. They also passed the city inspection on the first visit - which is quite the feat with the multiple inspectors and ever-changing requirements that SF has. Almost a year later, we had one GFCI outlet that stopped working. Alex was quick to respond and troubleshot the issue. He then sent one of his electricians out the next day to replace it - proving that he stands by his work. We're very happy with Towery Electric and will definitely hire them again.
