April M.Pat replaced ceiling light fixtures and updated an oven outlet. Work was clearly explained and price was fair. He gave estimates through texts. He did everything himself.
Only issue was that he didn't disclose ahead of time that he had a service fee for the visit that's added to the work cost. He ended up waiving the fee because he had to reschedule the initial appointment at the last minute.
