****beware****do not hire towers electric. we recently used their company to complete a commercial project in palm desert and after completing the project and being paid in full we found out that they neglected to pay the material supplier resulting in a lien on my property. edgar will lie to you saying he will pay it and give dates then not follow up or make any payments. his company is not financially stable and i believe is running a scam.

The work was never finish and no one has made an effort to come finish. Our lumber was used to get equipment into the house and damaged. It took over a week to pick up their equipment . No one returns calls. The final bill exceeded quoted price. Do not recommend this company.

I had a problem with my television mounting. Towers replaced it with a low profile mounting and in record time. They did an excellent job and were very fast, from start to finish. Thank you Towers! I love my new smoke detectors too!

Edgar arrived on time to look at the work I wanted done. He gave me a quote and scheduled for today. He ran a bit late but called ahead to keep me posted. I had dated recessed lights which were replaced with modern LED flush lights. He and his worker did a great job in a timely manner and borrowed my vacuum to clean up. I would highly recommend Edgar for any electrical needs you may have.

I was at a home in Palm Springs California, when I met Edgar From Tower Electric. My friend used Edgar for her work and I was very impressed. So I called Edgar do some work at my home, showed up on time, gave me an estimate for the work. Told him what I needed for electrical outlet he completed his job. Once it was completed I realized he installed the wrong plug(my fault) came back replaced the plug with the correct one. I never realized when you have a 240 volt outlet the plugs can be different ends Male and female parts have to match so they can connect. Shame on me for assuming. So without hesitation Everything is corrected. I'm so completely satisfied and would recommend him and use him again.On time Price was same as Quoted Job was installed properly they also were very neat. Joe R

We needed an electrician in home theater audio troubleshooting. The technician came out and found that our rear Bose surround sound speakers were not working. We told him to order them, after two weeks we called to check and was told he forgot to order them. When they finally arrived we set up a date for delivery. At the expected time he was not here nor did we receive a call on why he was delayed. My husband called and was told because of the rain he was doing other things and would be in our area that afternoon. Since we had an appointment that afternoon we told him to leave the items by the front door and my husband would install them. As far as we are concerned this is poor customer service and I would not recommend this company.
