Was assigned by home warranty company to contact them 5 days ago. Tried to call them more than 15 times since then but never get a call back to schedule an appointment so far! So disappointed!! I will give them negative star if I have choice. Please try to avoid this company if you could.

Had two ceiling fans installed and everything was great. They arrived on time and did a great job of hanging the fans and testing them to make sure they were balanced. I had them do some work on some bad plugs around the house as well as raise some cords on a chandelier
Very pleasant, did a great job and best of all no surprises.

Tow Electric was sent out by my home warranty on the 9th of May set apt for following Friday the 13th to get some fans replaced. Waited all day Friday no show attempted to call the office and cell of David Tow the owner even tried email. No response like he was ducking my call. Called warranty company back on Monday they inform me Mr Tow stated to them this was not his service area. Then why come the first time? But I truly feel they are ducking my calls because I called from a different number they answered no problem. Just be honest and not set an apt your not going to come back to. They could of called me and said hey sorry your not in our service area, But it was the owner he knew his area and showed up once. I would not use this company nor will I recommend this company.

I can't praise this company high enough. I also was referred by a home warranty service and I can't be happier. From Joey in the office/dispatch to Daviid the electrician, every aspect of calling them when my ceiling fans both went out was the very best customer support and electrical service I've ever experienced. That means something in this case since I was in the service-call industry fixing TVs, kitchen applicances, washers and dryers for 8 years. They treated me like their most important customer and THAT is saying something in todays market. I highly recommend Tow's for any electrical repair.

My patio lights suddenly stopped working. Checked the circuit breakers and found no problems. Called my home insurance company and they set me up with Tow. Within 15 minutes I got a call from them and set up an appt. Today the owner, Dave arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem (wiring). He was very personable.
