Probably not the cheapest but overall very professional. From Naomi who did the quote and fielded follow up questions to Kevin and Kevin that did the installation I requested everything was top notch. Will definitely use them in the future.

I used Toussaint Electric to replace a ceiling fan in my garage. They responded quickly and were very knowledgeable. However...when I asked whether they were going to turn off the circuit breaker before messing with the wires, I was told it wasn't necessary. When the installation was done, the fan didn't work so they had to take things apart to figure out what went wrong. They took apart the fan, and the wall switch. They finally got it working and was able to finish putting the fan back together. It was at that point when they blew a part on the fan and broke it completely. I had to order a new part and wait for it to be mailed to me before they could finish the installation. Later that evening, once it started getting dark, I went to turn on my kitchen lights and they didn't come on. Knowing they were on the same circuit as the ceiling fan I called Toussaint to let them know that they missed something and I was without power. Unfortunately it was after hours, and a Friday, so I didn't hear back from them until Monday. I was told no one was available to come back but they would try and fit me in as soon as possible. They finally sent someone on Tuesday...luckily because one of their workers happened to finish a job early that day...and they were able to fix the lights. Apparently a wire in the switch they messed with before had come loose. It then took them until the following Tuesday before they could send someone out to finish installing the ceiling fan I originally called them about even though I called them to let them know the part came in the day after they fixed my kitchen lights. When they did finally come back to finish installing the fan I turned off the circuit breaker myself since they again said it wasn't necessary. I received my bill by email and was charged for both visits. My original install request plus the visit for when they came back to fix the kitchen lights the first installer caused to not work! Needless to say I was very disappointed with the whole experience and wouldn't recommend them.

Honest and efficient is about the highest praise I can offer when it comes to commenting on someone in the service industry. The service provided was beyond my expectations. The amazing service started on the phone before the techs arrived. They were right on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

I needed a new box,connection for a pool heater. Tom came out gave me a fair bid. On work day he showed up promptly with Rob. The job required a contortionist in order to get line over entire house. Job was completed in 3 hours. I would recommend them highly. They will definitely be back out to do a couple other jobs soon.

Toussaint may be a good electric company but we had an awful experience when their guys lowered our electric storm shutter and almost broke it because the ladder they used became wedged between the shutter and the patio opening. On top of that, when they were only supposed to check the electrical connection to a second shutter, they didn't replace the original wiring correctly and caused a surge to occur and the breaker switch had to be reset. So, not a good experience at all for us.

The amazing service started on the phone before the techs arrived. I felt I was actually being heard, which frankly, was rare. When the guys showed up, they already had an idea what was happening and they were armed and ready. They explained what they found and fixed it. Kinda that simple. When they explained the issue they weren't condescending, which was really rare. They came on time, had the part they needed in their van and was gone within the hour, leaving me with my problem fixed and knowing I had someone in my community that had my back. I rarely make reviews like this because frankly, I'm busy and tend to forget to..... But I wanted to pass along what happened today. If you have an electrical need, I believe you can trust Toussaint. Yeah... That's a good slogan. Trust Toussaint.
