My home warranty company assigned this company to me. The appointment was set several days out. It was confirmed. I was given a window of 11:00am-3:00 pm. I called at 2:45, and left a voicemail. I texted also. At 4:30,I contacted the home warranty company. They immediately responded that they spoke to the technician and he would be contacting me shortly to give arrival time. No call received. I called and texted them again. Nothing. So, if you want to waste all day, be sure to call them.
