This company is non responsive to client's needs. I have called them several times to check on new Generac generator (under warranty) not starting and Walter (salesman) and company never returns calls nor messages. Stay away from this company!

Terrible service. Paid deposit on April 26 and STILL waiting for plans that can be submitted to do generator. Always excuses. Will update if ever get plans. About to ask for total refund including amount paid for transfer switch for generator.
