Contacted Andrew and Peggy at Total Home Automation for help after Ring product stopped working. They responded the same day sensing my frustration in my system and associated computer issues. Knowledgable both with Ring products in my system and my issues with my computer. Spend over 2 hours getting it set up correctly in spite of my total lack of computer savey.

I purchased a number of Nest Protect devices for my home through Nest's web site, which is also where I found Total Control Home Automation. TCHA is a Nest certified Pro. Nest certified Pros are supposed to reply to requests for installation with a quote within 48 hours. Not only was TCHA the first to get back to me (by phone), but my Nest devices are already installed - within 48 hours! One other Nest certified Pro installer simply replied to my request with an impersonal e-mail to fill out an electronic form; the other has not yet replied. Again, TCHA _installed_ my Nest devices in under 48 hours, and they did a great job. When the Nest Hello comes out, I will be calling them again.

Andrew and his assistant were so extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the electric tasks we had for him around our home. They installed can lights in our kitchen, tested and replaced several electrical outlets, installed 2 separate outlets outside in front of our house, and installed dimmer switches. They didn't just install our can lights, but they put some serious thought in mapping out the ideal locations of where the lights should be place. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Not only did they complete everything in one day, but they went above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't take a single break and worked until the job was done (11hrs). Incredible! I've NEVER had such a pleasant experience with anyone who has worked on our house. They exceeded our expectations and we WILL be using then again if we ever need electrical work done in our house.

Sidenote: they even heard our puppy ringing the bell to go outside to go potty and they took him out for us!! Above and beyond the call of duty. Seriously!

I was so pleased with the quality of work that was done at our house! Andrew and Peggy were able to complete everything we asked at a better prices point than other quotes obtained.

They installed 5 recessed lights, installed two exterior plugs, swapped 4 new outlets, and installed a dimmer.

What stood out the most was the well thought out position of the lights rather than just installing. They looked at where potential shadows would come down, indirect light, and proper distance from each other.

I highly recommend using them for electrical work.

This company is amazing. Andrew and Peggy were referred to us by a good friend and they came to fix the issues that we were having with our credit card terminal. The terminal was not connecting to the internet modem but they figured it out and took care of it. They are one of the honest people we've ever met and we would love to work with them in the future.
