Total Control Home Automation gets 5 stars! Andrew went above and beyond expectations. He was also a super nice guy. I asked him to do a ""5 minute"" job. Please just connect my new Blink doorbell. Unfortunately my old equipment in my closet that makes the ring was completely broken. I figured he would leave to buy one and come back, who knows when! He was like McGyver!! He remade the old equipment and I have a nice new video doorbell installed. No extra charge for making everything work in my old house.

Andrew is great!!! I had a Ring camera on my garage, but it didnt have enough signal to continue to work , so I bouth eero mesh to extned the signal. I found Andre while looking for someone to hook it up. He said he would come and take a look and maybe we do extend the signal with a lower priced product and for a lot less money. After checking on everything, he decided to move my router so it wouldnt have to go thru as many walls. After using longer cables and moving the router across the room, all we had to do was press the reset button on the top of the camera, and after 2 months of it not working, it came back online immediately. Andrew is very knowledgeable and personable! He saved me a lot of money since now I can return the eero to Amazon! I am going to discontinue my Total Tech account with Best Buy Geek Squad and call Andre for all future computer needs. By way, his prices are also Very reasonable! You can't do better anywhre else!!!

I had an outlet outside without a cover and Andrew not only replaced it with a multi-use cover, but he realized that there was no electricity going to it. Andrew was able to find the GFI outlet in the garage BEHIND boxes and my storage shelving. He was nice and patient and I HIGHLY recommend utilizing Andrew and TCHA if you want to get something done right.

Andrew is the best! He helped set up our two Nest learning thermostats. And he saved me untold time and money by answering in about 30 seconds a problem I was having with our forced air unit furnace when I had crossed 2 wires and blown a fuse on the control unit itself. I will definitely opt for hiring Andrew instead of trying do DIY my next smart-home project.
