These guys are nothing less then rockstars. I emailed them for a quote to automate my blinds as no one else could help me. For my specific case they couldn't do it, but they took the time to research how I could do the project and find some someone who could do the job and made the introduction. Had a great experience working with Andrew and Peggy. I purchased a home with Insteon technology (lighting) and had no idea how to control my own lights. They helped me re-program the lights to my liking, installed an app on my devices, and spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked. They work great together and are a wealth of knowledge. Andrew is fully committed to total client satisfaction and ""going the extra mile""! He's willing to do whatever it takes to properly complete the task at hand! I also respected and appreciated the step by step explanations along the way! It was clearly evident that my wishes and satisfaction was of the utmost importance to Andrew! He was the only one who was able to troubleshoot and correctly install 2 Ring video doorbells and the associated bell ""chime"", when 3 other electrical professionals could not complete that, even after 3 different attempts! I started out wanting dimmer switches replaced. Once Andrew showed me how I could control dimming all the lights in my home even when I am away, with my cell phone, including my Nest thermostat I was sold. Since automating the lights Andrew and Peggy relocated my wide screen on the wall. They ran the wires in the wall added electrical plugs where needed. They then set up a Sonos surround sound system mounting the sound bar below the TV and balanced the surround sound system. They then produced a single remote to control all electronics. I am now working with them on-installing led theatre lighting. I am pleased with their honesty knowledge and skill level. after all work was completed my wife was also happy that they left our home clean.

I've worked with (and for...) the principals behind TCHA for many many years. Andrew will take the necessary time to do it *right*. Period.
He's cleaned up networking rats-nests as well as gadgets throughout a location. In this space, I can't recommend anyone better. You should see what he can do in a datacenter let alone your home.

Contacted Andrew and Peggy at Total Home Automation for help after Ring product stopped working. They responded the same day sensing my frustration in my system and associated computer issues. Knowledgable both with Ring products in my system and my issues with my computer. Spend over 2 hours getting it set up correctly in spite of my total lack of computer savey.
Definitely a recommendation for their service and knowledge on home automation and computer systems.
