Wow talk about a great company, then add a down to earth and professional owner thats Toro Electric for you! I needed a Tesla Wall chargers installed, contacted him on Thursday to ask about the service, he gave a me a quote and we scheduled, Nestor came out explained everything in the minor details, didn't mind my questions and like a professor took the time to answer and explain. His work is impeccable clean and pays attention to the minor details, even putting a level on top of the charger to make sure everything is straight! Highly recommend Toro Electric this is a fantastic company! Nestor you have a customer for life! Will recommend everyone I know to you guys! Thank you again!

We had power disruptions to half of our house. The first electrician stated it was a PG&E problem. PG&E assessed and corrected the electrical problems which they are responsible for but directed us to call an electrician to correct the interior electrical disruptions. The previous electrician was not available until the next day. We called Toro Electric at 2:30 pm on Saturday. Nestor was at our house in less than 30 minutes. In less than an hour he had found and fixed the electrical problem. His charge was so affordable! He is professional yet genuine. We will definitely tell others about our experience.

This review is for responsiveness and the quote process that I have experienced with Nestor.
I had contacted several electricians in the area that all dropped the ball somewhere along the way after initial contact. Nestor was the opposite. He got right back to me with all of my questions, provided his insurance info in a timely manner, and has competitive quotes. Communication in a fast moving environment is key - thank you, Nestor, I am impressed.

So our microwave/oven combo started going out here and there over the last month. To the point where we were going outside and resetting the circuit breaker. My husband, who is not very handy, tried to watch some youtube videos but we didn't have the correct tools and there was just all kinds of wires that he just wasn't comfortable with. After being told we most likely would have to replace the breaker because what we needed was outdated.... I about cried. We didn't have money to replace it. My husband went to some big company names and even left a few messages with some local companies. He found Toro Electric on yelp and with no reviews still decided to call. We are very happy and glad he did. Not only did he call back right away he even told my husband to send him some pictures to see what the problem was. So he sent him the pictures... told my husband we had the wrong thing in there and he had just the part to fix it. By the end of business day he had come out and fixed our problem. My husband talked with him for a little bit and got a great feeling from him. He felt like Toro electric was being very genuine. A good guy. Now we can have a thanksgiving dinner!!
