Investigated our issue and found there was no evidence of a problem. Explained multiple possible reasons why it appeared we had an issue. Confirmed, showed, & explained to us there was no real problem and did not charge us for the service call. when we have a ""real"" electrical issue, they'll be our 1st call!

I just had TopTech Electric over for an estimate. Caleb was awesome today in his courtesy, kindness, respect, and professionalism. He seems highly knowledgeable and capable of doing the needed repairs. I was going to recommend to my wife that he be the one to fix our electrical problem. However, after he left, the owner called, first trying to pressure me, telling me that the estimate was free but Caleb came to give an estimate and DO the repairs. To me, that means the estimate isn't free. After a couple of minutes, his tone switched to berating and belittling me, telling me what I had said to the tech(though it was not true), and cutting me off/talking over me every time I tried to speak. Eventually, I told him he had just lost my business. A few minutes later, he called from his cell phone to start in on me again. I again told him he lost my business, and then hung up on him. Beware, their free estimate is free, but you are then expected to let them do the repairs, according to Mike the owner. I will not use this company due to the harassment by the owner Mike.

Very responsive, same-day service. Technicians were very professional and provided answers to many questions. My only issues were pricing (on the high side) and post work clean up. Ceilings were marked with tools and they had to be prompted to suggest a solution. Otherwise they were great and trustworthy. Fast, too.

$432.00 for a receptacle and box replacement seemed a bit expensive. Did a great job and quick. They came recommended. I will definitely give other companies a chance next time.

TopTech Tyler and Noah performed a masterful job in replacing our main electrical panel and two other electrical boxes along with an overhead mast. They spent over 12 hours precisely installing excellent electrical replacements with great professional care and ensuring we knew what they were doing along the way. They both were very personable and explained ever question that came to mind over the 12 hours! I highly recommend TopTech for any electrical problem or needs in your home or business! Outstanding service on time and a reasonable price below other contractors!

DON'T BOTHER. These people set an appointment for me last week, for today 01/29/2024. Three hours before the appointment they call to cancel, that the emplyee who scheduled my appointment ""made an error."" No details. This is unprofessional, sloppy and irresponsible. I wouldn't want them in my home if they are that incapable.
