Very responsive, same-day service. Technicians were very professional and provided answers to many questions. My only issues were pricing (on the high side) and post work clean up. Ceilings were marked with tools and they had to be prompted to suggest a solution. Otherwise they were great and trustworthy. Fast, too.

They spent over 12 hours precisely installing excellent electrical replacements with great professional care and ensuring we knew what they were doing along the way. DON'T BOTHER. These people set an appointment for me last week, for today 01/29/2024. Three hours before the appointment they call to cancel, that the emplyee who scheduled my appointment ""made an error."" No details. This is unprofessional, sloppy and irresponsible. I wouldn't want them in my home if they are that incapable.

Top Tech was quick to respond to my request- no quote or hourly work price was given but scheduled an appointment to determine work needed. Caleb let me know he was on his way and arrived early in the scheduled time frame. Once the issue was determined he fixed it quickly and gave me a tutorial to ensure my understanding. Electrical work is not cheap but you get quality work and the knowledge that it's done right!
