Adis is the man!! We hired him to install a 220v outlet for a W/D hookup. He was extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator.

During our search we spoke to a few different electricians and got the feeling that most of them were trying to gauge how critical/urgent our situation was and try to take advantage by charging a premium. Adis was different. He asked us to take some videos to send to him. Luckily he was able to quote based on the videos and conversations. Maybe because this part of the project wasn't too complicated. This was very efficient early on in the project.

We did have a challenge along the way where the new wires might have been visible so he worked with us to give us options on how to handle it and pricing options based on our budget. This made it easy as well for us.

The workmanship was great! We ended up with a bundle where he would install the 220V, install a new outdoor motion sensor light fixture (hard to reach area) and a few GFCI upgrades. In fact when trying to install the light fixture, I broke the fixture being clumsy. He promised he would be back when I had a replacement to finish the job and he did. It wasn't hard to schedule time with him in a week.

I feel so blessed to have found Top Rank Electric! Adis came the same day that I Yelped, and he did amazing work! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous, all of which I appreciate in an electrician. A wall of outlets went out in our kitchen, and he found the root cause and repaired it. He also addressed some mistakes a previous electrician made in installing our recessed lights and made sure junction boxes were put in where they needed to be so that our home is safe from potential fires. He is very communicative and reliable, and he showed us pictures of areas in our attic we normally don't see where the electrical issues were, and how he repaired them. We will be calling on him again for our future electrical needs, and recommend Top Rank Electric highly!

Adis provided remarkable service when my breaker blew in the late afternoon on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. Not only did he show up to try and fix the issue initially, he came back once we were able to get the city on site in order to open up the meter, and was amazing the entire time.

There are a couple things that I would always leave to the hands of professionals, and electricity is one of them. Adis is great at what he does. I have a very old home and a lot of the electrical wiring is outdated. Adis was able to educate me on all of this and ID areas that take priority. He came out and fixed a couple dead exterior outlets within a day of me reaching out to him. In addition, he educated me on what I should prioritize for future work, no high pressure environment at all. He's honest and cares about his work and craft. I will be utilizing him for all my electrician work moving forward.
