Don't look anywhere else, Adis is the guy for the job! First to respond, was at my home within half an hour (just my luck he was providing an estimate in my area), was no nonsense and explained everything in detail. I wasn't expecting or planning on getting my issue fixed same day but he located the faulty CGI and my sunroom has power once more. He also explained the process of getting the city to come out and inspect and provide the plans to upgrade my panel. Adis is very friendly and personable which is always a plus in these types of situations. What he charged me for the fix was better than some of the quotes I was getting sight unseen. I repeat, look no further... I will def be using his service go forward

I needed to have additional outdoor security lights replaced. I had hired Adis recently on a previous project and was very happy with the work. He again, responded very quickly. We arranged a time for him to do the work. He showed up promptly, we went over what needed to be done and he worked quickly and professionally. Cleaned everything up after. Amazing experience working with Adis! I had 3 switches that were getting power, but wouldn't turn on the lights. Adis responded right away and we scheduled a time for him to come out the next day. It took some troubleshooting to figure out the issue might be in a junction box that a previous owner covered with drywall. He confirmed with me that it was ok for him to cut into the drywall and once the junction box was accessible it was a quick fix and the lights were back up and running in less than 2 hours. He was very respectful of my home, put down plastic everywhere he was working and vacuumed up after he was done. His rates are very reasonable for such great work quality and customer service. Will definitely keep Top Rank Electric in mind for the future!
