Overpriced, dishonest, and rude. Terry the owner was pushing hard for some work that I later found out wasn't necessary. Then he overcharged what he said it would cost. There are plenty of other electricians in the area that are hopefully more honest than he is.

Very quick and efficient. Justin eichler was great and polite. Fair pricing and has 24 hour service. Would recommend to anyone.

Top Notch Electrician worked very hard to put half the breakers that were in 2 panels over to a single panel attached to our generator. A LOT of breakers involved. I hope that makes sense? Professional, cleans up after work, efficient. Thank you so much for your accurate, detailed work!

I used Top Notch to do a small project on my place. Initially I did not have a good experience but after talking to the owner who was very pleasant, we rectified the issue. I am giving a 4 star because the price quoted initially was not clear. However, if we agreed on a clear price ahead of time, I would use this company. The technicians were prompt and quick to complete the job. And the owner was accomodating and understanding.

UPDATE: Terry reached out to me immediately after I made this post in an attempt to resolve the issue. During our phone call, he was very apologetic and offered to come out to ensure my issue was completely resolved. Terry really went above and beyond during the call. He offered to complete a FREE diagnostic as well as refund the cost I was charged. Terry came out today and made good on his promise. He was pleasant and made sure to explain each step in the diagnostic. Not only was he informative, but Terry also replaced the GFCI outlet (AT NO COST) that was causing the issue. He also made sure to provide some troubleshooting tips if I should ever have these issues again.

When I initially called two weeks ago regarding my electrical issue I immediately asked for an appointment. I was told a technician could come out the next day. I called the day of the appointment to confirm the tech would still be showing up. At that time I was told I didn't have an appointment. The young lady I spoke to said I was being worked in. At no time did I ever ask to be worked into the tech's schedule.
I requested to be given an appointment after noting that I was never told during the initial call that I did not have an appointment. I rescheduled and gave the receptionist multiple days I would be available; however, she seemed rather annoyed and kept attempting to schedule on the two days I told her was not good days for me.
The two techs came out today. They were not here for 10 minutes. They asked about the GCFI button, and I told them there was none inside my home. I also told the receptionist the same. She never told me if there wasn't one in the home there must be one in the garage. The tech followed me into the garage and pushed the button. All of the electrical issues in the patio were resolved.
The tech charged me the trip fee of $50 because he DID NOT do any work. Not five minutes later he rang my doorbell telling me the company stated he had to charge me the service fee. HE LITERALLY PUSHED A BUTTON!!!
This is a total RIP-OFF!! I will never again use Top Notch for any electrical needs. This was not top-notch service. Obviously, the company is concerned more about money than treating customers honestly and fairly.

We reached out to Top Notch for the installation of our Generac whole home generator system. They came highly recommended by others in our community, and now we know why! Every technician is knowledgeable, professional and polite. The provide first class service, and are an honest and trustworthy company to work with. Customer service is second to none. We were so happy with their services that we had them do additional electrical work for us in our automotive shop, including adding a new panel and adding new outlets for our high powered equipment. If you want unmatched workmanship and amazing customer service, these are the guys! They'll definitely be the ones we reach out to when we need additional services.

Terry is a nasty man, and this is an unprofessional operation.
They didn't get back to me until I pressed them for an appointment. Then they had to schedule it out far. Then they asked to change the time. Then they came late. Then they asked 3 times what was the work that had to be done when I had already told them and sent pictures. Then they said that they had to leave early and hadn't planned on spending the time there and would come back - so of course I'd have to pay extra for that. Then they left because they were ""mad"" that I was upset. Extremely cruel and left me in a bad situation. Actually left me in tears and didn't care at all.

These people are definitely on time, courteous, extremely fast, clean up after themselves and know how to use a telephone, not text messaging, to let you know what's going on. Since I have not hired an electrician in years I don't know where their pricing is as opposed to others in the business, so I'll post what my costs were. Initial visit was due to having no power in 2 rooms and a disconnected light switch due to an overzealous neighbor ""troubleshooting"" the problem. Problem was a melted outlet, $125 for the service call, $12 for the repair; complete job done inside 20 minutes. However, while they were here we talked about some lights I wanted replaced and he suggested a surge protector for the whole house, not a bad idea considering the number of power outages we have here. The 2nd time out they replaced 2 hallway lights, of the old screw in bulb type, with flushmounted LED, $32 each for the lights, $56 each for the installation and an additional $10 because one of the boxes had dropped so they had to go in the attic and pull it up a little. They also installed an Eaton CHSPT2ULTRA surge protector on a 220V circuit breaker in the garage for a total cost of $489. I believe they had the entire job, lights and surge protector, done inside of 30 minutes.
