Save your time, energy and money. They charge you $95 to show up, then they spend maybe 20 minutes, with an electrician who is so young they have not started to shave. The estimate was off the wall. Had a pool light go out. I was quoted $1500 to repair it and that did not include a new light. I had a real electrician come out, did the job for $800 AND installed some landscape lighting. They have hounded me for the $95 ever since. I guess their policy is to over charge everyone and just suck $95 out of you. SAVE YOUR TIME, this DOG has fleas!

Complete rip offs 100% they try to use unlicensed electricians guy Junior in charge the highest price of any electricians in town they over bid on materials they keep the extra which is stealing they have enough time they milk the clock and round up time just all around a unprofessional scumbag ripoff organization stay as far away from this place as you possibly can

Chad and Austin gave me a 30 mn call, so I could be home on-time for their arrival. They worked through my long checklist, and explained why the ceiling fan I had purchased wasn't the right size for my sloped ceiling.
Discussed final price and their were no surprises. Professional work done on time. Highly recommend!

Terrible first experience. Called in after seeing their ad and described my job in detail. I was quoted a rate and told they would be out to my location the following week to perform the work. On the day of I called to confirm a time when they would be here and was told they couldn't find any notes in their system about the call. Lost a week of time waiting for these guys as I would have done the work with another electrician if I would have known they would not show up! Horrible first experience and would not recommend. Very unprofessional...

This company repaired a electrical outlet, that shorted out 5 days later. When I called to speak with the owner, he screamed at me until I hung up the phone.
So if you into that thing....go ahead and call him, otherwise, inferior service with and attitude!....rating, F-

Guy and Top Dog Electric is my go to electrical contractor. He's done work for me and other members of my family. He's done both small and big sized work for us. Always friendly and helpful with suggestions to make sure I'm keeping my family and renters safe with proper electrical connections in the homes I rent and own. I strongly recommend their services.

I had some electrical work done to my house about a week ago. I have to say I was a little nervous calling about this kind of stuff especially being a women and all, I didn't want to get ripped off. I called the office and Roselyn a very wonderful pleasant and reassuring women answered the phone and not even 5 minutes into the conversation I felt as if finally someone with smarts and compassion understood exactly what I wanted. She sent someone to my house to do the estimate and I have to say that I was so happy to see someone who spoke English and very talented and knew exactly what he was doing. This office is very professional efficient and reasonable.

Thank you Roselyn for taking the time to understand what I needed to be done to my home. Thank you Guy for getting the job done. The dynamic duo! Behind every great man there's a women that holds it all together.

I called and the technician doesn't speak English and hung up on me. PASS!!!!Wish I had read the previous reviews I wouldn't have wasted my time calling.

I wish that I would have checked this company out and read the one other review, here, prior to trying to work with them. My wife and I just had a very similar experience. All I can say is that I have never experienced worse customer service than what I experience with Roselyn. It is really unfortunate because their electrician actually got to us and did the work professionally.

They did some work for us and then needed to come back to take care of a second issue. We were never called to schedule an appt. Instead the electrician showed up at our house unexpected.

After they completed the second job they invoiced us for the amount of work they did, which ended up being less than the original quote we were given. However, after they left, my wife had a question about the bill and called the office and had the same extreme displeasure of speaking to Roselyn. When my wife asked why they never called to schedule she flat out lied and told her that she had confirmed with me on monday (not true - and I have the phone log to prove it). Further, she attacked her saying.... ""what do you not speak to your husband"". Then when my wife asked about the billing issue (thinking that they actually over charged us) she said that we owed them more money. That we should have been charged the quoted amount, not for the amount of time the job actually took and that she had confirmed the price with me when we spoke on Monday (again a conversation that never took place).

When we called and tried to sort this out together, Roseyln wouldn't let us speak, proceeded to yell at me, call me a liar, explain how good she is at her job and that she didn't care about us as customers.

Only use this company if you don't care about customer service at all.
