Got a call from Joseph who arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, reran wire throughout the room, grounded all outlets and fixed GFCI outlet. He worked extremely fast and was straightforward and positive/polite the entire time. I appreciated he was not pushing for ""project creep"" and politely let me know he could help with other stuff we want to do around the house. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend Joseph and TomTec.

I used TomTech Electric for some work in a office building I own last year. Recently I had Tom Tech replace two long led lights in one of the offices, I was not given a price before the job was done and few days ago received an astronomic bill. I called Marco asking for an itemized list which he refused and slammed the phone in my face. It's not the first time that Marco has displayed ill temper. Also he refused to take away the old lamps and I had to hire someone to take it away and pay additional $154.00.
I will never again deal with this individual, he is rude and ill tempered.

Outstanding company/team! They installed a new 240 Volts outlet in our garage for our new electric car. During the entire process from contacting their services, to coordinating technician's visit, everyone involved was very professional and accommodating, explaining all details including cost, process and technical stuff. TomTech helped co-ordinate our EV charger plug install. Marco and Sofia was extremely responsive and talked us through the whole process and options. They provided regular updates to us during the permit process, and took care of all the paperwork. When the big day arrived for the install Joseph went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and it turned out great!! Very happy to be able to charge our EV at home!!

TomTech completed a panel upgrade and full rewire of our house and I am very happy with their work and the process of working with them. I will definitely come back to them for future electrical work. From the moment I met Marco, I appreciated how clearly he communicated the process, requirements, and his recommendations. His communication and responsiveness was top notch all the way through the project. Joseph, Diego and all the other team members were professional, courteous, and their hard work kept the project going at a brisk pace. I was surprised at how quickly the city and PG&E inspections were scheduled and I'm sure Sofia made that happen. Marco even connected me with some excellent patching and painting contractors and now you can't even tell that the walls had been opened. I can't say enough good things about Marco and his team.
