Wow
Finally a company that prides themselves on great customer service.
Julie in the office the best !
Our tech JT was on time and very well versed on our issues and got the job done in a timely manner.
Thank you Team Tole for caring about the customer.

We had a heavy vintage chandelier installed today by Corrado and AJ from Tole Electric. They were great - they showed up even earlier than expected (7:30AM!) and were very knowledgable, friendly, and dedicated to their job. This was kind of a tough install, as there was no pre-existing wiring and they had to fish it through our rat-hole sized attic crawling through insulation, but they did a great job and finished the job quicker than I expected. They figured out how to mount the vintage design to a modern junction box as well. I'm glad I called them instead of trying to do it myself.
I had called two other electricians that were recommended to us before we found Tole by doing our own research, and neither has responded to my voicemail yet. Not only did I get someone on the phone right away when I called Tole, but they quoted me on the phone and scheduled the appointment for the next morning. They finished the job and our chandelier looks great, and the other guys even called me back yet!

I had a really questionable electrical job done by my trusty handyman... let's just say he was good at the basics... wiring indoor ceiling fans and outlets, and a kitchen ceiling light box... then I let him go outside. Big mistake. Needless to say, he felt it'd be a great idea to run unshielded interior-grade romex cord alongside the coaxial that Comcast (correctly) ran some months before.
First time it rained, the GFCI outlet he installed into an indoor junction box on an outdoor wall started clicking and making a terrifying noise, I thought my place would burn to the ground. It wasn't really that serious, but moisture and rain were getting inside due to unshielded, indoor-grade fixtures.
I called Tole Electric. Wes runs the place and he's very professional. For a reasonable fee his electrician Jon tore down the erroneous install and ran proper outdoor conduit with outdoor grade junction boxes and fixtures. What a surprise, no more clicking, and an installation that will last for the life of the dwelling and meets code requirements. I'd have Tole back for any future electrical work.
