I called Todd on a weekday around 9am and he had somebody out to my house within an hour. Needed a 220V outlet moved a few feet closer to my new dryer, as even a 10ft cord was not long enough. The guy made a quick trip to Home Depot for parts, came back and had the job done in under an hour. I'd called around and the next best company gave me 3 days until they could come out. Happy I found Todd. Returned my call promptly and got them job done quickly. Highly recommended.

Took about 3 weeks ahead time till he could send a tech out. The day of he said to call him in the morning , I called him and gave him my info and he said he's was gonna call me back to arrange a time for that day. I waited at least 5 hours with no response from him so I ended calling him. He ended up losing my info so was unable to call me. So then we set up a time for the day after , When they came I agreed on the price so they left to get parts, but now he said the parts are unavailable that they had to order it for next week and would call me next week when it comes in. Well It's been at least 2 weeks now with no communication from them. I don't see how this company has 5 Star reviews. The level of service I got from them is ridiculous.
