Very fast response time. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Had an issue with a bad outlet and he went above and beyond and checked the breaker panel to make sure everything was ok and even checked the main electrical panel outside.

Oh man. So my mom rents an older townhome built in the 70s and let's just say, the electrical wiring is nuts! We've repeatedly had to call electricians and they fix one, another breaks. That said, we've finally found an electrician that we trust and who just... handles it!

We texted Jesse when my mom's power went out and it was during the winter storms, he was able to come out quickly and get her powered back up. He fixed the electrical outlets in her garage, living room, panel, everything! And because we were renting, we needed our landlord's OK before proceeding. We got them in touch and our landlord is also now a big fan of Jesse's communication and timely fixes.

A big thing he identified was that we had a leak in the 90s that the previous contractor only patched the wall. Jesse was able to identify the problem and even asked my mom if there was water damage. He told us that it was so bad it could've sparked a house fire. We are so grateful Jesse was so diligent and able to diagnose and fix it!!!

TLDR: Jesse is awesome, great at his job and quick to action. Just call him.
