Jimmy and his team are very reliable and straight forward about what work needs to be done. Their pricing is also very fair. I hired them to replace four light switches in our house and they found the the wiring is old. They informed me on what requirements are needed for the switches to work with the current wiring and set a date to come back and install the new switches, with no charge until the work is completed (no diagnostic charges). Would highly recommend.

I needed a new EV charger installed and reached out to several electricians. Of those who I contacted, TM Electric was the only company that physically came out onsite and provided an accurate estimate. During the installation, they had identified a toilet leak underneath my crawl space (which I had contacted a plumber to repair the next day). The heads up was truly appreciated! Overall, I was pleased with Jimmy and Team's professionalism and work. Thanks to them, my EV has a new reliable charging station! I have called this company for two jobs since I bought my house and BOTH TIMES THIS CREW DID EXCELLENT WORK!!!
The first job was to restore power to a portion of my house after an electrician friend melted the wires. The crew arrived on time, completed the job faster than quoted and was professional/courteous. They even went above with cleaning after the job.

The second job was a fan install that they completed the day after I called them.

I had hired TM electric to setup electricity inside my Barn shed which i am converting into a home office. They came and guided me how we can add electricity from main panel. The shed was like approx 100 feet from main electric panel and no space for new circuits. TM electric guided me how we can setup a new sub panel inside the Shed by pulling a new circuit from main panel. They did all the hard work by pulling new wires from main panel. They dig like 2 feet down and 70 feet straight to pull the wires all the way from crawl space and to the newly built shed. They finished the wirings inside the shed very nice and cleaned. All the work was done under Hayward City permits. 2 inspections happened in entire process. One was rough electrical and another was final. Everything they did was with in city codes and hence there were no chance of permit denial or re work. They gave me many receptacles and lights inside the shed. After we approved in rough inspection, TM electric came back and backfilled the trench. Cleaned all the mess and put the receptacle covers and setup lights. They were flexible with initial payments and final payments. They made my shed a decent shed. If wfh continues, this will be my life long home office shed. If not, then its an entertainment room or a guest room for us.

Mike and Jimmy were amazing. Their decades of experience, work ethic and brilliance cannot be over stated. We received a response from TM electric within minutes of requesting a quote on Yelp. Unlike some other providers, they were on time to assess our needs in person and provide a very reasonable quote.
For reference we needed a ceiling fan installed where there was no internal wiring and no crawl space, Mike was a pure genius in identifying a method through our garage and kept damage to a minimum.
We also needed an EV charger installed along with garage lighting. All three requests were completed within 3 total days of us requesting a quote. They also worked long hours over a public holiday.

It is very hard to find experienced and reasonable electrician teams in the bay. We are glad we found this duo.
