Tom was quick to respond to my quote request. I sent him a couple of pictures to help him understand my request and he gave me an estimate. I quickly agreed and he said he would get back to me. He texted me a few days later on Saturday morning, asking if he could work and I agreed. He arrived early,and reassessed his estimate after seeing the specific job requirements. Basically, I needed a new outlet installed next to my existing under sink outlet and my double switch needed to be rewired. I agreed and he quickly started work. He finished within about 35-45 minutes. I also asked him to check my nonworking gfi outlet next to my pool equipment control panel. He quickly found it was faulty and asked if I wanted him to replace it. We agreed on $125 for part and labor and he quickly installed a new one in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend him. We is upfront on his pricing and efficiently accomplished my requests in a timely manner.

William @ T&M was one of the few vendors to respond to the quote request with a rate. He then stopped by to assess & confirm his quote. A few days later he completed the install of a Rivian electric car wall charger. It took a couple hours and came out exactly as planned. His rate was extremely reasonable as well. Smooth process all around.

My sister needed to replace the electrical line and all the electrical and lighting in the kitchen that was being renovated. Had the pleasure having Tom over from T&M take a look at my circuit breaker down in the basement. Speaking to him he is very kind and straightforward which I enjoyed, definitely a breathe of fresh air after talking to a bunch of electricians who all beat around the bush. He told me all the details of what was happening and how he was going to fix it, so brownie points for teaching me something. Great customer service! I turned to Yelp once again in search of an electrician. Most electricians, and other contractors, don't work on weekends, let alone Sunday, but William responded immediately said he could come in 15 minutes. And while many of the others said they would charge me for just coming to give me an estimate/troubleshooting, William said it was no charge for the estimate. He arrived promptly as he said he would and immediately started diagnosing the problem. Lo and behold, during that troubleshooting process, he fixed the problem.
So.... I went ahead and asked him to repair several other broken outlets around my kitchen. He fixed everything and his prices were absolutely reasonable and fair, he took his time, and he didn't try to rush anything! He is honest, efficient, and again, I can't say enough about his fair prices!
Didn't try to overcharge me or anything like that at all! And... the absolutely bonus in my opinion is that he is respectful of my home/space. Growing up Asian, I don't do shoes in the house and I have a sign at my door that clearly says - please remove your shoes. I've had other contractors who simply ignore my sign and when I ask them to take off their shoes or wear shoe covers, they get upset. But when William arrived, I said nothing to him and before he even stepped foot into my home, he already had his shoe covers on, no questions asked.
These little customer service things matter and I truly appreciated this entire experience! I highly recommend William for your all of your electrical needs!!!! I will definitely be calling William as my go to electrician going forward.
