Expensive, slow, and ineffective. Charged me $350 to change one GFI outlet, took them three hours (partially because they had to run to Home Depot to get an outlet, they forgot bring one) the new outlet stopped working under a week later and they suddenly tried to claim I was ""using too much electricity"" which was complete nonsense and. What is the point of an outlet if it can't run a single appliance? Especially one that had been working plugged into that outlet just fine for over a year? If ""too much electricity "" was such an issue why did they only bring it up after it stopped working again?

When they came to ""fix"" the outlet they didn't even bother to take the faceplate off to look at the wires, just kept saying it was my fault so they didn't have to fix it again.

A note on the companies response:
They absolutely never said anything about a power issue on their first visit, I remember because he walked in, and immediately insisted I needed to replace the outlet, that that specific outlet was broken. I literally told him maybe he should take off the faceplate and actually inspect the outlet first to MAKE SURE that was really the problem and he said no he WAS SURE the outlet was the problem without needing to inspect further. I should have taken that for the red flag it was and told him I wasn't interested. Why on earth would I pay to have a ""new"" non-functional outlet?

Tom was amazing! Came out immediately to fix a bad outlet and install a smoke alarm. He also fixed an outlet that wasn't grounded which was very dangerous and I am beyond thankful he pointed that out to me and repaired it. Very reasonable rate. Would totally recommend Tom he is very professional and knowledgeable!

Tom was quick to respond to my quote request. I sent him a couple of pictures to help him understand my request and he gave me an estimate. I quickly agreed and he said he would get back to me. He texted me a few days later on Saturday morning, asking if he could work and I agreed. He arrived early,and reassessed his estimate after seeing the specific job requirements. Basically, I needed a new outlet installed next to my existing under sink outlet and my double switch needed to be rewired. I agreed and he quickly started work. He finished within about 35-45 minutes. I also asked him to check my nonworking gfi outlet next to my pool equipment control panel. He quickly found it was faulty and asked if I wanted him to replace it. We agreed on $125 for part and labor and he quickly installed a new one in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend him. We is upfront on his pricing and efficiently accomplished my requests in a timely manner.

William @ T&M was one of the few vendors to respond to the quote request with a rate. He then stopped by to assess & confirm his quote. A few days later he completed the install of a Rivian electric car wall charger. It took a couple hours and came out exactly as planned. His rate was extremely reasonable as well. Smooth process all around.

My sister needed to replace the electrical line and all the electrical and lighting in the kitchen that was being renovated. Tom at T&M Electric was fantastic. Installed LED lights under my kitchen cabinets and kitchen island. Also added LED strip under bathroom niche. quick, responsive, and cleaned after himself! He's very knowledgeable when it comes to electric needs.
