From property damage to job abandonment and job abandonment. This company does it all when it comes to those things. Luis the property manager strung me along for more than 3 years, built a partial structure leaving holes on my roof and never pulling permits for it even though I had paid for it. He managed to turn this into the worst experience for me and my family for our first project on our very first home. Not only that but the house was brand new from the ground up and he managed to damage walls, windows, roofing and flooring by leaving holes on the roof. I had originally taken down a negative review due to an agreement that we made which involved him paying fort he damages. But like the project he started 3 years ago, he breached that agreement and abandoned it quickly. Please be mindful and do not pay this man until he finishes the work 100%. He will run and ditch the project at the first chance he gets. I have attached pictures of my initial review and of the damages for your reference. There are tons of other companies that can do a better job and be trustworthy. DO NOT TRUST LUIS. "" I'm a man of my word"" is a phrase he like to use very loosely and is laughable.

Luis performed an excellent job with installing new duct work and a vent hood. The cost was reasonable and he was able to complete the project in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for your next home project.

I have had the privilege of working with Luis on multiple projects now. He is a great communicator, and his team also does exceptional work. I'm getting ready for a large-scale remodel/repair of my late father's house. Luis from TLC came out and walked through the house with me. He had wonderful ideas on design as well as solid knowledge on the technical things that need to happen. He answered all my questions (no matter how dumb I felt they were) thoroughly and kindly. He was so understanding about the headspace I am in right now about my father and the house, too. He worked up very detailed and clear estimates of a couple of ways the work can go and was happy to answer my follow-up questions via text. I can't wait to work with him!

My garage ceiling was damaged by busted pipe during the 2021 winter storm. It was very hard to get any handyman, and I finally got hold of Luis at TLC Group. They promptly repaired ceiling drywall for a reasonable price.

I have had The TLC Group working on some remodeling on my garage this summer. They have had to straighten the front wall while reframing and replacing the door. It was leaning in. They did an excellent job of it. They also completely reframed the back door and replaced it. Also installing siding on all three sides of the garage. And installing a storm screen door on the front porch. They still have a little bit left to do but I thought I'd go ahead and let everyone know that if you want some quality work done. Totally worth it!
What a remodel! We had our kitchen, staircase and 2.5 bathrooms remodeled. TLC group did an amazing job! Our house has been transformed! They payed attention to every fine detail. We completely trusted our team in our home. They were super friendly and even great to our dogs. We are so happy with the results.
