I called a few mins after 3pm today and by 6pm my issue is fixed! YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!!!! So AC had issues fixed all that to find out the breaker keeps tripping. AC company has their own electricians but could not get to my house till who knows. I had already been 36 hours with out ac THANK YOU GOOGLE for sending me to TLC Electrical. They worked me and were beyond fair on pricing. Our service tech was in and out and had us feeling so much better. He stayed and made sure the ac stayed on and was working. Fair price, quick, and honest man you don't hear that about companies now days!

I should have read the other reviews prior to engaging. They'll charge a fee for coming out to look - mine was $69.00. Whether you do the work or not - you'll pay that. When they show up they'll quote you and that's when you find out how expensive it is. I know it's overly priced because I had 50% of the work done on one side of my workshop for $ 750 including a breaker box installation and tie-in to the power grid. The other 50% (which I called these guys for) was just to run outlets (not install any breaker boxes or anything else) - almost $3000.00 lol.
I cut bait after $69.00. Can't be spending $3000on 4 outlets. I'll add that, we started with 7 outlets (7 quad boxes) at over $3000.00 and I asked what we could do for $1000.00? 1 quad outlet! I'm going to Home Depot an doing this myself. My emergency room costs will be less if I screw up!

The guy who showed up to do the work was more interested in selling me company discounts .Totally a con artists. Wanted $1600 to replace 2 pool bulbs. It was all I could do to get him to give me a price. Stay away from these crooks. These people are milking the cows who call them up. I was on their ""to milk list"". These people are grifters and travelers.

IGNORE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS! You will end up 70 bucks poorer with nothing to show for it. Outright thievery. I seriously want to deter the general public from this rip off. Who in their right mind would charge 800 dollars to mount a 65 inch television on the wall? I ended up paying 70 bucks to learn this outrageous price. One of their mantras is that their electricians are drug tested. My advice, with those price quotes - test them weekly! There was nothing special involved, and I had already mounted the TV portion of the mounting system. I guess that's why you don't provide pricing until you show up. I will never use this service again. You have a blessed day!, I've now read multiple reviews where TLC is refuting experiences like these. Believe me, everything I say is accurate. Can all of these customers be wrong? Of course not. Never, never use these guys, it appears to be some sort of a scam, or just plain ignorance in their pricing. Either way, at the end of the day keep in mind - 800 bucks to mount a TV. That speaks volumes by itself. I wonder if you won't be able to find me in your records, like other reviewers.

Rip-off. First they screwed up the schedule. Said they would be at my place in the morning, never showed up, I called and they said sorry, how about tmrw? What's the point of scheduling if you can't commit.
Worse, the job itself... simple pool light fix cost 1K!!?? First they tried to up sell on lights I did not need, next the repair, but that didn't work. Then they tried to charge me for the repair plus a brand new charge for the replacement. Then when I complained ""not paying for a fix that didn't work"", I had to get on the phone with a manager "" Phil"" and start haggling while they nickel and dime'd me out of a couple hundred bucks. I had to pay just to get it all done. Very unfair.
Ugh, never again. Go somewhere else and don't make the mistake I did.

As others have mentioned ... Kind, available, and educated Tech's.
BUT .....
I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I will not get into the weeds, other than, don't turn your back!
Unauthorized (Without my consent) ""Company Stickers"" appear on your property claiming, ""DO NOT REMOVE!""
30 minutes of work cost me $600 to snake a pool light cable through the conduit! The other 1 hour of work was the Tech waiting on the part to be delivered.
When I initially contacted the company, it was noted and confirmed, ""I only need the light bulb and seal replaced."" When the Tech arrived, he informed me, ""We don't do bulb and seal replacements. We have to replace the entire assembly."" Yes, I could have declined, but, I needed it done ASAP.
In addition, I was informed by the Office (and it WAS recorded) that the Dispatch Fee would be taken out of the total service fee, I addressed this issue via phone call with office staff, and to date, no one has called me back. I even told them to remove the "" $100 Priority Service"" as my HVAC were being replaced the same day and they cover the same HVAC maintenance for free!
What disappointments me most, is the Tech is a really good Tech! Unfortunately, he is following Company protocol and culture. This is on the Owner, who did visit my property during the replacement.
Finally, I am unable to register my $1k Pentair Pool Light (cough .. cough .. cost was $350) as I don't have the Serial Number!
Ok, I went into the Weeds ... :-/
Hopefully, the Owner and his Business Model (economic morality ?) will guide him as there is a great opportunity here to be even more successful and not have to rely on poor business practices.

I have used TLC several times and find their service to be fast and reliable. Jordan did an awesome job replacing a photo sensor, an electrical line and two front yard lights for me. He is very conscientious about his work and is extremely helpful.

$300.00 to replace an outlet!! I think maybe I got the female discount! Move on from this company!

Here's the rub with this these guys, they will come out same day- and
(according to their office mgr) have a ""real live"" person answering the phone, and drug-tested certified electricans ( everyone does) but......you are gonna pay through the nose for this service.
I had them come out and the tech was at my building for about 2 1/2 hours, he was nice and helpful, replaced a GFI outlet and a 20a plug-in breaker...and helped with a few ceiling fan lights that had bulbs broken off......and drumroll please.......
total bill: $658.00 FREAKING DOLLARS........
But the tech was kind enough to sign me up for a $99.00 plan that saved me $253.00 dollars.....whew! That was great!!!! That made me feel sooooo much better!
I called and voiced my concern about being charged so much, and the mgr (Tammy) just told me about how great the 1 year warrenty was, and that her techs were drug tested, and that I got same day service and how her dad is still waiting for a tech for days in his rural Texas town....( like that's even relevant to the conversation) and just defended the outrageous cost structure by saying how amazing her company is compared to others...
Ok TLC, so you got me for $658.00 dollars because you have an awesome drug-free, certified, gps enhanced workforce with a one year warranty....
But.....I'll never use you again- and I use electricians about 3-4 a year as I run an assisted living and the need arises, and I'll make sure everyone knows how expensive TLC is use... I hope it was worth it to BUST ME OUT as a customer on an easy repair.
One last thing TLC, you may want to drug screen the person who feels its ok to charge $658.00 dollars for a repair like this, because he or she has to smoking something to think that's cool ....
Bottom line, if you have alot of money to waste on a company who WILL provide you good service, but charge you an insane amount of money for it ( they wanted $325.00 just to dianosis the problem+ a service fee of 49-69 dollars), then TLC will be the right company, if you want a repair for about half then try someone else....
TLC = Totally Living (for) Cash - at your expense as a consumer.
******* Also noticed that the owner reponds to positive google reviews, yet the negative ones are ignored, after my conversation with the mgr- this makes sense, its sad that so many ""service"" companies don't understand customer service and feel that they can charge so much for their services.

Complete rip off of a company- ridiculous bid, then they screwed up the one thing I let them fix. Now I have to turn on the disposal to get an outlet to work on my kitchen island! Convinced he did it on purpose, since i refused to let him do the rest of the crazy bid!
I asked them to come fix it, and they wanted to charge another fee!
