As a journeyman electrician in California, Tim has contributed to numerous high-profile electrical projects, such as the construction of Miramar Naval Air Station and the renovation of The Commodore Hotel in San Francisco. He obtained his electrical contracting license in 1989 and established TL Bear Electric shortly thereafter.

A resident of Fountain Hills since 1997, Tim currently serves clients across Rio Verde, Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley.
