I called over the weekend with an issue with an outdoor faucet and a toilet that would not flush. I had a service tech over today and as always the service was amazing. Drew quickly fixed the outdoor faucet issue (a stuck handle) and then assessed the toilet. He had it fixed in minutes. They are honest and respectful which keeps me coming back to them.

This is the most disturbing and disgusting place of business I don't know how they have 3.5stars.

My water heart has a small leak and the company said it under full warranty for a full replacement great !! How ever this company Tioga knowing this. Decided it would be right to charge $2k for an install.

Do not do business with these people who are not about taking care of customers a new water heater is $1800 where do they get off trying to mask the price of new water heater in the installation

Stay away from Tioga!! I wish I could rate 0 starts, but unfortunately, that's not an option. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. From their unprofessionalism to their utter incompetence, I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of this place. First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. We initially called to fix a running toilet, they were quick to schedule an appointment. However, once they received payment, their attitude shifted entirely. Suddenly, getting a hold of them became a Herculean task, with endless waiting times and unreturned calls. After NOT fixing the toilet and saying we needed to replace it entirely. First question that was asked, do we need to just replace it? We were told ""no, what I'm going to do will basically make it a brand new toilet."" They wanted overall $1000 and they wouldn't apply ALL of what we previously paid, only half. The tech told us the other option is full refund. We asked for a full refund. Despite our insistence, they refused to issue a full refund, offering only a partial reimbursement that barely covered their shoddy workmanship. It's abundantly clear that Tioga cares more about their pockets than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their lack of interfaith and disregard for quality service is truly appalling. Save yourself a headache and find a reputable plumbing company!

Tioga came on on emergency to fix a pipe that burst in the freeze. While here, it was discovered that I had an electrical wire in the water and the electrician was here quickly and both the plumbing and electrical were corrected quickly and efficently at a cost that was amazing!
Both the plumber and electrician treated me with kindness and respect. They worked to correct a horrible situation and did it swiftly and professionally.

I cannot recommend them enough! They are now my ""go to"" company for both electrical and plubming issues.

Do not use this company. They are gouging prices. I found a plumber who would just repair my water heater.

They tried to charge $3000 dollars and came with a water heater thinking I would finance it. Absolutely not!

These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing. They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done. They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid. The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday. Friday morning came and went. I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way. I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that. From my perspective, as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.
