I hired function as contractors to do a complete kitchen renovation on my house in 2018. We agreed upon a contracted price for a 200 square-foot improvement and increase to the size of my existing kitchen. Project time was 2 1/2 years for this small project that took way too much time and of course more money. It's now it's two years later and I am spending $5000 repairing all the plumbing of the new job that Tinez construction did improperly to tying into my old plumbing that was done by incompetent plumbers according to the insurance company, claim adjusters and the new plumbers. Apparently, according to the new plumber the couplings were never properly installed and water has been leaking into under the house all this time which now has led to a rat and roach infestation of horror movie proportions. If it wasn't bad enough having to deal with them before, I'm still paying for their mistakes amd oversights DO NOT ever consider this company for hire. You've been warned! .

Loved that they showed up with a mask, considering how things are. It shows they're considerate with others. Jessica and Ruben are class act. I've had my share of shady contractors in the past but they have just exceeded all expectations. I will only use them and I highly recommend them for any job you have.

Absolute time wasters

Gave me appointment to check on my house and what needs to be done never showed up don't pick up the phone when calling to know if the contractor died on his way to my house (could have happened who knows )

Bottom line stay as far away as you can if you don't want to waste your time waiting for nothing.

Tinez is owned by Ruben and Jessica Martinez who are courteous, professional and highly skilled at their crafts and in project management. Jessica took the lead on the interior design and Ruben took the lead on demolition, construction, etc. My house is more than 7,000 square feet and although relatively new, didn't appeal to me in the state that I purchased it. I wanted a more open, light and contemporary look, so we gutted it and invested about a million dollars in the remodeling mostly interior but also to some extent exterior and full re-landscaping. I have received many compliments on their work and I continue to call on them to handle small and mid-size projects. We are now installing a power back-up generator and other miscellaneous maintenance and repairs. Tinez employs highly skilled and professional staff as well and I would certainly recommend them for projects large and small.

Let me tell you, they have the best hard working team that can transform any outdated house, and/or office space one work of art I've seen.
