Update:
There ended up being a problem with the EVSE unit so the manufacturer sent a new one. Again, Caleb's installation was perfect, just a faulty unit. When the new unit arrived, Caleb didn't hesitate to drive 50 minutes one way to lend a helping hand to get the new one installed and the old one off. It just shows how much he truly cares about making sure his customers are taken care of.
