Multiple code violations. Beware.

I was aware of some issues quite quickly (eg live wires in walls that were supposed to be ready to close up) but my next electricians have found a lot more issues - including lots of bare live wires touching insulation in the loft - major fire hazard.

He would show up at lunchtime and always leave early, always with excuses. He even had his 13 year old son changing my outlets at one point!

I found out too late that another person in my neighborhood paid him $3k for work he said he did but it wasn't actually done. Heard someone in Lakeway in suing him. I'm sure there are more law suits. No wonder he travels so far from where he lives to do jobs.

His goal is to take as many $ draws with as little work as possible before he's replaced.

He duped me. And my neighbor. Don't let him get you too!
