We hired Ricardo and Ritchie to re-wire our home from knob and tube style electrical and also install a new 200 amp panel box. They were knowledgeable and professional, explaining the process, and were very patient with many questions that we had. They were reliable and timely communicators and had great suggestions and solutions regarding some other electrical issues we were having. Above all they were great people! Kind and friendly which seems to be rare!! Highly recommend.

We'll be suing Thunder Bay Electric. They rewired our entire house during a remodel and are now in the process of having everything rewired and fixed because every time we used outlets in particular rooms the circuit breakers tripped. According to the two companies we brought in to assess the damage it is an absolute disaster. And possibly the work they did was illegal.

I chatted with a friend just to chat and he just happened to mention he was getting electrical work done as we chatted. And, what perfect timing because I was considering getting my rental unit completely rewired from the old wire&tube to bring it up to code as the apt was vacant. I called Thunder Bay the next day and Ricardo arrived as promised did his examination and gave me a detailed written explanation the following day. I didn't even consider in getting two other estimates and signed the contract. LSS Thunder Bay worked everyday to meet my deadline before the new tenant was to move in.
