Don't work with these folks if you can avoid them. Horrible at everything. We had Control4 installed with these folks. The thing does not work, and their support is horrible.

Had Control 4 in my house for about 9 months. After 5 months the door bell and intercom stopped working. Kevin came out and fixed it. Three months later the door bell doesn't work again. Left Kevin two voicemails over the past several weeks, but never got a callback.

Besides customer service issues and inability for 3D to return my calls, the system appears unstable and prone to failures.

Hired Three D Electric to setup my Control4 system and install a home security system. Kevin was the lead technician and he was very knowledgeable, curteous and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and educate me about the system and its features. The workmanship was meticulous and the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Worst ever after the guy showed up 2 hours late he acted like a 5 year old kid. Talk about his band and the raiders for like an hour. What was this guy a surfer or a electrician with all the ""dude"" and ""bro."" Took him forever to get the power back on in the master bedroom something about ""the fan in the bathroom messing up the breaker"" or something I don't know hard to understand the guy when he did talk about things other then his band. Then I had to pay for a different company because the power went off right after he was gone and it took a long time just to get 3D to come out the first time. When the other guys got here they told me that the breaker was hook up wrong and it could have started a fire. I will never use 3D again even I will pay somebody to come out and do it right. And this is the company that wired the house I am scared think I am going to have the other place look over the whole house so I can sleep at night.
