Had an electric patio heater go out. Spoke to so many companies, most were totally unhelpful in fixing the problem. TO Electric knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it and make sure it doesn't happen again. Even the manufacturers recommended company said I should by a new heater! Say what??? Thank goodness for Lorcan, TO Electric and his guys! Totally 100% recommend them!!!

We started to use TO Electric for our business. They are ontime and give an accurate estimate -- that they stuck to even though the job turned out to be more complex. They are aware of safety issues and were able to work around our customers so we could stay open safely. Lorcan is personable and professional. You won't be disappointed.

I called Thousand Oaks electric on a Friday regarding an electrical problem at our house. Lorcan returned my call promptly and came out the next day. He was thorough in troubleshooting and correcting my electrical problem. Lorcan is a very nice fellow, but more importantly he is a real pro who knows his stuff. His fee seemed reasonable for the work he performed. I plan to use Lorcan for another more extensive wiring project I need to have completed in the near future.

Very sad to report that the second experience with this company was highly unsatisfactory and diametrically opposed to our first. The owner is not particularly communicative and borders on dismissive; we had to search for answers on line and eventually spoke to a ""real"" contractor who provided the information we needed and referral to another electrician who solved the problem. Sadly, not recommended.

Professional, safe and knowledgable. This electrician and his crew did a major panel upgrade on my nearly 100 year old home in one day. They provided pricing, pulled all the permits, and got me on the schedule quickly. They coordinated with other work on the home took the extra care to keep the gates shut for the dogs while I was at work. I am lucky to have such a reliable resource and look forward to doing the rest of the electrical improvements in the near future.
