Danny the owner was AMAZING! I found this company randomly on a desperate search but I can't give enough stars for his kind and quick response! I called at 4pm and he asked questions to see where the problem probably was. He gave me an honest assessment of what he thought the issue might be, and had me call the power company first and even told me what they might charge or do. He gave me an assessment of how long it would take him to come out and then offered to come out if needed no matter how late! Love this guy! Appreciate such honesty and genuine service especially during this crazy covid time! Thank you Danny for your kindness!!

I sent out messages to several electricians and Danny Hixon was the only one that when I was asking for a ""free quote"" actually went into detail of why it couldn't be a free quote and gave me a thorough explanation of what it could be along with the way he priced his job. His price for fixing our outdoor outlets were very reasonable. He's very straight forward and if it's a easy fix, he'll fix it and won't tack on charges that aren't needed. I would highly recommend him and will be calling him if I'm needing anything his services again in the future. He fixed out outlets wiring in 10 minutes!!!

Danny was quick to response to my question on Yelp and gave me a quote. He was also quick to reply my call. He texted me his ETA around half an hour prior to arrive my place which was the time frame we agreed on. He was helpful and it only took him less than 10 mins to check the breaker box and fix my light switch issue. He is also very reasonable on his rate. He ended up only charged me for a service call for $75 which other companies I got quotes for diagnostic is around $125. Will definitely contact him again. Highly recommended!

As an electrical engineer myself, it's very rare that I need to call in electrical contractors. After some fairly extensive troubleshooting and attempting to resolve myself, I called in Thor. Over the weekend heavy winds knocked a tree down in our yard that took out the power lines. After talking to Centerpoint I found out I needed a new weatherhead before Centerpoint could reconnect the power. Sunday of a holiday weekend I didn't expect any electricians to pick up but Danny from Thor Electrical returned my call almost immediately. He was at my house within the hour, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable quote and went back to his office to get parts and pull a permit. He returned a short hour later and completed the work very quickly and professionally. Once he was done with the work he tracked down a city official (Sunday of a holiday weekend) to get the permit expedited and then contacted Centerpoint on our behalf to get them on their way back out to reconnect our power. Danny was extremely professional and courteous. I'll be holding on to his card for any future electrical work I need done.

Danny Mixon is honest and stands behind his work. We have dealt with him twice and were well satisfied both times. The first, he told us nothing was wrong after another electrical company gave us a quote that would total $11K, yes, 11K. The second time we dealt with Thor, we had to replace underground wiring. While they were working, the hit a water main and fixed it within about 15 minutes. After the work was done and Danny was paid, we discovered that two spots in our sprinkler system had been punctured. All Danny required was a copy of the bill for having it fixed. He sent a check right away. I would recommend him to anyone. He responds quickly and does a fine job. He is an ethical electrician.

We had half of our house lose power on Memorial Day.. including our A/C. Danny answered quickly and was able to come out the same day even though it was a holiday. He was straightforward with what was going on and even helped us let our issues be known to Centerpoint. When centerpoint found our problem Danny came back that same night to fix it so we could have our power (especially our A/C!) back on. I highly recommend this company!
