Absolutely disappointing and terrible customer service. I had made an appointment for 9am on a Monday, when no one showed up I called to inquire. I was told that ""someone was supposed to call me over the weekend"" to let me know they were not coming. Well that surely didn't happen and I had arranged for someone to be at the home to meet the electrician. Understandingly things come up.. but contacting the customer to give them a heads up is something that should be a priority in this situation. Extremely disappointing!!!!!

I was looking for a reliable, licensed electrician, and a friend recommended Thor Electric. I had called two electricians prior, and neither returned my messages, however Ryan responded quickly.

Ryan was easy to work with, and even provided a better solution for the work I needed. Ryan and his employee arrived promptly, and did the work in less time than he had originally quoted. The work was top notch, very clean, and exceeded my expectations. They were careful with their execution, and respected my home throughout the job. I would definitely call Thor Electric for any of my future needs, and highly recommend them to anyone.

I've hired Ryan and Thor Electric a few times over the past 3 years for various repairs, installing an EV charger and adding outlets.
He is always courteous and explains things clearly.
His work is exceptional. He keeps everything clean and has been able to install new outlets without breaking drywall or stucco. He pays attention and makes suggestions how to do things better rather than just how I thought to do it.
Very satisfied and I recommend him to anyone who asks.

I was given Ryan's business card by someone working on our a/c..seems we needed a new breaker. I called the same day and Ryan said he could come at 8am the next day,as he had a service called scheduled later that day,and would it be convenient to come then. I said absolutely. He was here on time. He was so nice and professional;. He explained absolutely everything that he was doing and why. I asked him if I needed a whole new panel and he said no.(mind you,I had someone tell me that when theyinstalled my a/c unit in initially,and I didn't do it),,he could have said yes to make some money ,but he said no,you don't need it. Honesty at it's best!!!! I feel so fortunate to have gotten his name and had him come out.He went above and beyond !!! I HIGHLY recommend Thor Electric !!! I will definitely call him for any other electric needs/repairs,etc.

Had received this companies name as a positive referral, from another electrician. Called and made an appointment. Due to a required work change, I was forced to reschedule. Unfortunately, after multiple calls, emails, and texts, all with no response from the owner, we were forced to move on with a different company (which was unfortunate, since it was a 36k job). Not sure where the breakdown occurred, but a simple returned phone call from the business owner would have been appreciated.

Ryan from Thor Electric came over and installed a 240v outlet for my Chevy Volt charger. I also had him replaced some damaged outlets inside the house too. He was on time and did the work quickly. His prices was fair. I recommend using them if you need any electrical work done.
