Ryan and his crew (Bobby & Taylor) did a great job with all the electrical work on our extensive house remodel (existing wiring removal, full re-wire, full house lighting/outlets, data runs, and panel upgrade). They showed up on the agreed upon days, and at the times they committed to. They performed their work quickly, cleanly, & professionally, and were very courteous and respectful of our home. My wife and I are very happy with what they've done, and it was a pleasure working with them. I had my original (1964) electrical panel relocated and upgraded (200 amps). Thor Electric was on time, courteous, neat and did an incredible job. Ryan's price was competitive, I received 5 quotes, two of which were $1,000 and $2,000 over what I was charged by Thor - where do these people get off?! Ryan gave me an option of an upgrade and not relocating to save me money. I chose to relocate for aesthetics as I
l'll be remodeling my back patio. I only wish Ryan did other aspects of contracting as I have never dealt with somebody as professional and honest as he is. I've had many contractors at my home the last year and a half and Thor Electric is a breath of fresh air and puts faith in me that there are some good contractors out there!

Absolutely disappointing and terrible customer service. I had made an appointment for 9am on a Monday, when no one showed up I called to inquire. I was told that ""someone was supposed to call me over the weekend"" to let me know they were not coming. Well that surely didn't happen and I had arranged for someone to be at the home to meet the electrician. Understandingly things come up.. but contacting the customer to give them a heads up is something that should be a priority in this situation. Extremely disappointing!!!!!

I was looking for a reliable, licensed electrician, and a friend recommended Thor Electric. I had called two electricians prior, and neither returned my messages, however Ryan responded quickly.

Ryan was easy to work with, and even provided a better solution for the work I needed. Ryan and his employee arrived promptly, and did the work in less time than he had originally quoted. The work was top notch, very clean, and exceeded my expectations. They were careful with their execution, and respected my home throughout the job.
