Just had another Generator system installed . This time in our Nevada city rental house. Same great service as before. Having used them twice this year for installs I find it hard to believe that someone could ever give them a one star rating. Really? Thanks to Barbra for the swift communications.

I can not recommend Thompson Family Generators. Did not finish the install as required. I had to hire another company to finish the job.

What a incredible group. Andrew was awesome thru the whole experience. He answered all our questions and then some. Pricing was very fair not gouging like other dealers. Each day you receive updates
as to what progress has been made. Dealing with Andrew confirms our decision the we picked the correct people to deal with. His knowledge of the Kohler system was awesome. Being that he is a certified technician thru Kohler gives us gives us the comfort he is factory trained and certified. This allows him to do factory updates with his computer.
He also has the ability to perform services on Generac systems. Good going Andrew, needless to say we are very happy with our new generator.
