Friendly enough on the phone, but zero follow through. Instead of scheduling an appointment for an estimate, they asked me to take pics and describe project in a text, which I did in elaborate detail. They acknowledged receiving this and then...no call back. If you're too busy or job is too small, you need to communicate this. Would not recommend.

We were in need of having a Tesla charger installed in a rental home we had just rented. The charger itself consumes a lot of wattage, and required some real planning to be sure that it worked with all of the other electrics in the house. Tommy came out, spent much time studying the problem, and finally both most competently and efficiently installed the charger, which works perfectly. These people are not only skilled, but wonderful as well. Since this was for our personal use, it was an expense we incurred, and it was a very fair price for the wonderful work done. Highly recommend them.

What a wonderful, skilled and responsive company. I had lost almost all power in my small mobile home and had talked to one electrician who elaborated on all the expensive rewiring he would probably have to do. I was in quite a panic. Dave in the Thompson Electric office returned my call promptly, and managed to schedule me in today during their very busy holiday schedule. He was so helpful setting me up as a new customer and explained pricing. Matt arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem in about an hour (no, didn't need to rewire the whole place). Nicest young man; polite, efficient, Covid respectful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you Matt!

Consumate professionals! Mr. Danny Thompson was extremely knowledgeable and competent. He immediately understood my electrical main power switch problem and was able fix it. As this was an emergency type of service, he kept me readily informed as to acquiring the right breaker and went out of his way to install it in a timely manner. He was cordial, Covid-19 complient and courteous. He also took time to trouble shoot and offer positive recommendations regarding other electrical matters. Should you require electrical services at a fair price, Thompson Electric should be your ""Go To"" company. This company definitely rocks and I will hire again in a heartbeat.

I was introduced to Thomson Electric by New Products to work on the electrics for my hot tub (not an easy proposition). Once we connected, it was simple to schedule both the initial evaluation and the work itself. I love that the schedule is managed by Dave, who always picks up the phone! I can't say enough good things about Tommy and his team. They showed up on time, and went out of their way to do the job well. Built in the 50's, our house is an electrical puzzle, but Tommy was more than up to the task.

I just completed a kitchen, family room, living room remodel and have to take a minute to yelp Thompson Electric. Aaron and Tyler did all the electrical on our remodel (which included new kitchen wiring and modifying existing outdoor and living room art lighting), and did exacting work in a professional way. They were polite and clean and great to have on the job, and we love the finished project. A great choice for electrical work on your home.

I had Tommy come up to do an estimate to get electrical work done for a hot tub. He was very responsive and came up within a couple days of my request. He even came up a second time to snake some conduits and give me a more realistic estimate. While he was here he noticed a problem with the main power line coming into my house and told me he would put in the paperwork to PG&E and get me an estimate for that work also.

Tommy was not here the day of the work but his guys were fantastic. I had Tyler, and Matt here the entire day working. They consulted with me when needed and worked very hard the entire day. They also took pride in their work and the work they did looked very professional and really flowed with the layout of my home. They also stayed late troubleshooting after PG&E failed to turn back on my gas line after their repair. I couldn't have asked for better service and more professional work.
