Poor Communication. Did not show up for scheduled appointment. I requested quotes via yelp for 220v outlet installation. Bruce from Thomas Electric Service was one of the ones who contacted me he and offered a low quote which was very enticing. He scheduled me for Thursday at 8:30am which was 5 days later. During the 5 days I asked him to confirm our appointment because I needed to take time off from work. He never confirmed the appointment but just said he will be there. Here I was waiting for this guy to show up. Again, no communication. I messaged him 10 minutes before the scheduled time and he replies he is still planning to come but he is out of town until noon. He said a tree came down somewhere last night and it was an emergency. I would have understood if he had messaged me last night or even early this morning but not informing your client for scheduled appointment delays is a bad business motive.

Now I have to find another electrician and now my project will be delayed. Bruce needs to understand that he is not the only person who is busy and has emergencies. I would not recommend Bruce and Thomas's electric company.

As you can see from the pictures, Bruce never asked for my phone number nor did I ever provide him my phone number. For him to say thay he tried calling me 3 times explains how he runs his business.

Bruce contacted me and has made arrangements to get our project back on tract. It was simply a miscommunication issue which has been cleared up.

We've been wanting to put a ceiling fan on our back patio forever. When we found a fan we liked, several people in my neighborhood recommended Bruce to install it. He was as advertised. He did a terrific job! He was reasonably priced, and the fan looks great! We will call him for any future electrical job.

Really good communication prior to the job and really transparent on the job requirements and pricing. I needed lighting in my office and we asked him to run electricity to the wall and ceiling to hang sconces and a ceiling fan. I sent some pictures and video ahead of time and he got back to me right away. Glad to support this local business. I think the finished product looks great and was done timely at a fair price.

Bruce came out and installed 7 Can Lights, and also installed a ceiling fan for us. He was responsive, friendly, and professional. He cleaned up after himself and had an eye for perfection. We can now say we have a electrician we recommend for all your projects. It's rare we can find someone to trust, but Thomas Electric Service earned it!

Not very communicative. Spoke Friday two weeks ago. He asked to show up at 10am. Then at 10am no call no show. Then messaged him at 10:45 that morning. Asked to reschedule for 4pm. Never showed up. No message.

Then asked to reschedule. No answer.

Said he would be here in an hour.

Then let me know at 11am that he has to reschedule. He asks to reschedule at 4pm. Then shows up at 5pm. We then agreed on the estimate. Messaged him.

Still hasn't answered me.

Awesome! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Added a 220v NEMA 14-50 and moved 2 outlets to a new location. I'll reach out to him in the future when I need more electrical work done.

Bruce offered a competitive bid which I accepted since I had used him before. He removed my old outside LED flood lights and replaced them with new LED flood lights which I supplied. He was here about an hour and did the job to my satisfaction.

Bruce did a wonderful job changing out my ceiling fan and hanging up a gorgeous chandelier for me. He was very professional and did a clean job. Now that I have seen his work I definitely have some other projects for him to do for me. He also has great customer service skills. I highly recommend using his services!!
