Lost power in a number of outlets after a flood. Asked a neighbor for a recommendation for a good electrician, she recommended Thomas Electric and we called. At first it appeared we would have to run a few new lines but the electrician was able to isolate the issue and get everything working quickly. Great outcome, great service and a great price.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steven was on time and did a great job. I totally recommend Thomas electric.
Great value.

I had an electrical problem in the kitchen and phoned Thomas Electric.
The next day they sent out two electricians who were VERY knowledgeable and they fixed the problem immediately. the bill was very reasonable.
I would HIGHLY recommend this firm and will phone them in the future for any electrical needs. A+ rating.

$100.00 service call to reset a single GFI on an outlet.
Oh the service guy gave me $10 off, nice guy.
I understand a business is there to make a living.
New house to us and had a lighting strike hit the house next door and we lost three outlets.
Within two min, and I was the one that found the outlet and reset the GFI.
Yes the service tech did plug in a device to confirm it was back on.
Yet $100.00 to basically do Nothing.
My lesson and I paid the price.
Yet will not be calling them again and will not be referring them either.
LIfe goes on.

Called them two weeks ago to have them install an outdoor outlet for my new pool pump and a outlet in my floor for my electric sectional. They came out today and the lady said they were here to give me an estimate I said no that's not correct, I called the front office staff in front of them and the front office staff said no they're there with a work order not for an estimate. Then the office calls their phone and I'm standing right there with him and they say that it's an estimate because they only put me down for electrical issues not for what I actually called and told him I needed done. The lady working the front desk is supposedly the guy sister-in-law or daughter-in-law It doesn't know how to do her job. I'm extremely pissed because I waited two weeks to get this work done and then they just come out and they can't do anything. Will never call them for anything ever again!

They came in and fixed what was necessary and left. No muss no fuss, just did the job. Very happy!

I called Thomas Electric out to my house for an electrical estimate. Two young men came out and did not seem to know how to estimate the job. The son-in-law even stated,""I don't know why he sent us out"" as if the owner, Thomas, should have come out instead. This is what I would have preferred myself as well! After the two young gentlemen left, my husband and I had to close the electrical panel and put the screws back in. My issue is that I soon received a bill for $175.00 for the estimate fee! I was never informed there would be a fee for this estimate or I would have refused the estimate. In addition to an estimate fee I was given an overall estimate of $7100.00 for the job itself. I previously had another electrician give me an estimate for $2250.00. I would like to know what his job would have entailed to warrant an almost $5000.00 increase! To top it all off, when I called regarding the $175.00 charge I was not aware of and spoke with Thomas he stated to me that the panel was already open and that his guys did in fact close it, which is a bold face lie. When I told him that was 'not true' he hung up on me. I called him back and stated that I had two lawyers in the state of Florida and then he had a total change of attitude and stated I did not have to pay the bill and he would not send me anymore 'past due' notices. When a business is going to charge customers for an estimate they are required to tell customers this in advance! Very poor experience with this electrical outfit. You have been warned.
