They claim to be open 24 hours a day but when you call they just pick up the line and hang up on you. Not a great thing to hear when you are in the middle of an electrical emergency.

Anthony from Thibault's Electrical Service was great. He came and looked at my problem, he listened to me and did something about it!!! He called in two other service men from the company and they repaired my electrical problems after Hurricane Ian. Thank you so much for being professional, courteous and getting the job done. :)

The gentleman from Thibault's Electric were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly, professional and courteous. They completed our electrical work in approximately two hours, which I thought was fast for the work we had done. We had them install a fluorescent light fixture in a bedroom closet and on our deck a new outdoor motion sensor light including the inside switch. Also a very nice GFI outlet installed on our deck.
Overall I would say Thibaults Electric gave us A-1 service. Fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. The cost was also very competitive. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend their business.
PS: The woman who scheduled the service was also great. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. She told me everything I needed to know so we could help insure the job went smoothly. IT DID!!! Thanks again Thibault's Electric

Absolutely too-notch company. My house was struck by lightning a few months back, and they were at my house within 90 minutes to get everything back online, making sure we had AC in the hot FL summer, as well as ensuring it was safe to run until they could come back with parts to do all the repairs. I thought I would be paying ridiculous wages but it was fair for the speed of response and quality of work.
I've since had them back multiple times to repair the damage done by the lightning- they are easy to schedule appointments, show up on time, have super friendly electricians, and do absolute quality work at a quick pace. I can't recommend them enough. Electricity is not something I want to mess around with, so I don't mind paying someone to get it done right, and this is the company to call. Good prices, friendly staff, and quality work, doesn't get any better!!!

This is one awesome company!!! Called today about a beeping fire detector that we could not get to quit and even replaced with a brand new one and they are hard wired so didn't know what to do?Bonnie took my call and was very polite and professional!! She worked me in so I didn't have to wait until Monday! The two electricians were very polite and professional!! I have used Thibaults several times for adding outlets, adding hook ups for washer and dryer, and troubleshooting issues with power outlets. Each service was as expected and prices were fair for the services provided. They showed up on time and finished in the estimated amount of time they thought they would. Absolutely zero complaints. Tech was very polite, explained everything and was very thorough. We were installing a fan hookup in our ceiling. He made sure I signed off on the exact location of placement and even suggested making a change from my original request that ended up making a lot more sense. We are very happy with the work they've done.

Second time I used them, I had a fan that was 9 months old moved from one room to the other. Called them after a guest stayed with me and informed them it was constantly making noise and could they check it out as a warranty request. They said yes. I scheduled the appointment Two weeks in advance. I then called the morning of and confirmed again. I then proceeded to take the afternoon off work to wait for them. Around 4 o'clock I called them to find out where they were and at that time they informed me that they didn't feel like coming out here and that I should just buy a new fan to pay to have them install again because they claim that the technician told me the fan was making noise. The technician pointed out that the fan has some noise upon start up and I told him that was normal but I didn't run the fan for any amount of time until I had a guest stay will me. The man I spoke to was just so bothered by having to deal with me. He told me they'd be around at some point when they came back through. 3 weeks have passed and I've heard nothing. I will never use them again if that is how they treat their customers. Unreal.
